This is the second time visiting Vegas with a few friends and we were welcomed with really friendly staff when we arrived. We had a quick check in and the view from the room was decent -facing the pool and away from the noisy strip.

The fact that Four Season was connected with Mandalay Bay made it easy to take the tram and it was convenient to walk underground to other hotels. The only thing was the location of the hotel was a little farther from the rest of the strip so we had to taxi around to save time.

But overall, our stay was really pleasant as we got the rest we needed and it was a comfortable to stay in.

Been to Vegas many times but this was my first visit to the Four Seasons.
I had a Trade Show at the Mandalay Convention Centre, so the Four Seasons was my choice.

It is a oasis of quiet, like you have entered a library form the rock concert in Mandalay.

Love being able to use all the facilities of a big casino without staying.

Many times during my stay people were lined up for elevators at Mandalay, while I went to the private door and was in room in no time.

If I had to complain about anything I thought the US$7 for a single expresso at The Verandah (breakfast venue) was a overpriced, seeing the Four Seasons Coffee Bar (20 steps away sells them for half that)

Love the hotel, the service, the room.

I will be back.

Nice stay no complaints, food , service , rooms all top notch . ! The breakfast buffet by the pool was very enjoyable. If you are going in summer months visit the pool the pool staff will take good care of you . We visited the pools at The Mandalay Bay way too crowded ! Quickly returned to our oasis .

Enjoy .

This is our first stay at the LV 4Seasons and we are very impressed by its customer service, its luxurious newly renovated rooms and lobby, eucalyptus steam room in the spa, its restaurants, and the quiet oasis that is offered.

We were very fortunate to be put into their 1 bedroom suite on the 37th floor with a view of both the strip and the airport; but you cannot hear the airport noises at all. The room is huge--at least over 900 square feet with 1.5 bathrooms, gigantic bedroom with king bed, flat screen, master bathroom with separate glass walk in shower and tub, tv in the mirror and a separate water closet for the toilet.

In the living room is an extremely comfortable sofa bed that is NOT lumpy, an even larger flat screen tv, a chaise lounge, and another area for a computer desk, and the bathroom with sink and toilet.

The entire room is beautifully decorated with very modern 21st century furnishings decor that is tastefully designed. We have stayed in many top 5 star properties like the Peninsula, Ritz, Fairmont, the Grand Del Mar, and Waldorf Astoria; this 4Seasons ranks right up there in all respect.

A big thank you to the housekeeping staff who did a fantastic job making up and turning down our sofa bed daily! Another big thank you to the hotel management who ensured we received a buckwheat pillow so that we didn't need to bring ours from home! The 4Seasons Management here values each of their guest like a VIP; there is no cattle herding at this property unlike the larger casino hotels like Wynn, Encore, Bellagio where there is no intimate customer service and it's always an up sell.

The wifi in our room is extremely fast and efficient as well as the pool and restaurant area. As for the pool, it is a decent size with many lounge chairs and a top pool bar area with lots of shady respite as well as a few gazebo like enclaves with shade. There is no charge for this as it is a first come first serve. We really enjoy how pitchers of ice waters are brought to every guests and complimentary of Evian mistings. Of our 3 pool visits, we did not come across any frozen treats which i read about. On my first pool visit on Sunday, it was very busy with children and adults alike so i had to set up my own lounge chair with towels. Not one person came by to offer to help which was a bit disappointing. I accredited this to perhaps the amount of traffic and people at the pool. The Monday I visited the pool again and this time, Jasmine, quickly came to my lounge chair to set it up and got me ready with ice lemon water. Thank you very much Jasmine!

A constructive criticism, perhaps it may be a good idea to have some pool staff always keep an eye on new arrivals at the pool and immediately approach the guests with towels to set up their chairs? I think the initial connection with the guests is so important to establish a positive tone for the rest of the time.

We did not take valet parking at the hotel for $22/night since we wanted to do some walking daily so we parked at the Mandalay Bay self park. The walk between is the 2 hotels is so quick and easy as you exit on the Casino floor via a special door and voila, you are already at Mandalay Bay lobby/casino. The walk to their self park is no more than 5 minutes and very convenient.

People often complain about Mandalay Bay/Four Seasons being so far on the South side of the strip but we have to disagree. Perhaps it is because we had a rental car but getting around everywhere from the hotel was very convenient as there are side roads behind the property in order to avoid the congestion on the strip.

Thank you the everyone at this fantastic property; especially to the management for helping my son celebrate his birthday with a very delicious piece of chocolate mousse cake and for putting us in the 1 bedroom suites where our stay was absolutely faultless and perfect! We will only stay at the 4Seasons Las Vegas from now on as it is the Best of the Very Best!

Room Tip: North side will get you both airport and strip view.

We flew into Vegas and stayed at the Four Seasons hotel for four nights prior to a family road trip to the Grand Canyon. My husband and I and both of our children were extremely impressed with this property. In fact, if you asked the kids, the Four Seasons probably usurped the Grand Canyon as the seventh wonder of the world. I am only slightly exaggerating.

The location is terrific for families. The Four Seasons is located on the top floors of the Mandalay Bay tower, but has a separate entrance, elevator and pool. The kids were never exposed to gambling, smoking or drunkenness while at our hotel.

We did venture into the Mandalay resort to check out the wave pool, the lazy river and the museum-quality Shark Reef and Aquarium. The kids loved the aquarium, but preferred the privacy of the Four Seasons pool to the spring break atmosphere of Mandalay Beach.

The service at Four Seasons is above reproach. We were greeted by name at the pool, at the restaurant and whenever we entered or exited the lobby.

The attendants at the pool used thick, fluffy towels to make up the lounge chairs for us and frequently asked if we needed anything. On one hot day, they passed out free Popsicles and offered to mist sunbathers. I found the pool and the deck to be exceptionally clean. I usually hate going into hotel pools, but I enjoyed this one.

We valet-parked our car and found the doorman and the valets to be attentive and polite. The valets would stock our cupholders with two cold bottles of water every time they brought around the car. The employees at the front desk and at the concierge desk were kind, helpful and attentive. There was never a line to check in, check out or to ask questions.

The weekend breakfast buffet is awesome!

Room Tip: We stayed in 39222. Great view of the strip and desert.

Our stay in an Executive suite in June 2013 was excellent! If you want to stay in Vegas but doesn't want a busy, noisy, smoky casino hotel, this is the hotel to go. Newly renovated with a mind blowing design, this is one of the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at! From the moment you walk in, you are treated with the most delicate attention. Alyssa from the front desk made our stay special, she took the time to explain all the facilities of the hotel and remembered us each time we saw her.

While you have access to all the pools at Mandalay Bay, I appreciated the fact that the Four Seasons has it's own private pool, which is way more tranquil than the other ones.

The only issue we've had is with the Verandah Restaurant. It seems that all the way thru our stay, from the front desk, valet, housekeeping to the pool attendant, everyone had the Four Seasons level of service and attitude. Everyone except the Verandah's employees. Weirdly enough, it felt like I was walking out of the hotel to go to an outside restaurant since there was so much difference in the level of service. I found that employees barely spoke English. They were mumbling out answers that were barely understandable. I booked with Amex FHR which gives us a lunch/dinner at the Verandah, which was at first not accepted at the restaurant because the server had never seen one. I went to the front desk and again, Alyssa took care of everything, she contacted the restaurant manager, escorted us personally back to the restaurant and made sure that the manager was the one serving us. We then had a pleasant meal. Thanks Alyssa!

Overall, we loved our stay at the Four Seasons and we will definitely be back to the hotel next time we are in Vegas.

Was booked to stay at Mandalay Bay and upon check in tried the $20 trick and was upgraded to the 4 Seasons at Mandalay Bay. Check in was great and were had an amazing strip view.

The room was a king room that was large with plenty of storage and seating. The bathroom was big with a separate loo, and bath and shower. The air on was a little noisy but apart from that it was fantastic. Daily turn down service and maid, space in the fridge for your own drinks and free tea and coffee!! Daily paper was delivered to your room, but ours never showed, but they tend to leave outside your room, so they could have been taken! $25 resort fee cover super fast Internet, tea and coffee, papers plus local calls.

4 Seasons guests get there own private pool which has sun all day, lots of loungers and piece and quiet. You are waited on hand and foot with ice water, lolly pops, sun cream and cold towels. Ashley and Andree were really helpful and were fantastic at looking after us. The food was great and I would recommend the breakfast wrap and splitting a hotdog for lunch.

I can't say enough great things, I have been to Vegas 8 times and this is the best hotel on the strip, my favourite has always been the Venetian, but this tops it and is worth every penny. You even get a 12 noon check out, which is a bonus. The only negative, the lifts are really slow to arrive, but there are only 3 private lifts that serve these rooms, so it's to be expected.

Room Tip: If you can get a strip room, the view is amazing.
