My husband, son and I came here (I'm sitting by the pool as I write this) for five nights during spring break. All I can say is wow. I can't find a single thing negative to say so I'll focus on the best items that come to mind. The top of the list are the immaculate rooms and perfect beds, friendly staff, quality meals and the attractive surroundings.

As the hotel is adjacent to Mandalay Bay (MB) and the rooms are actually the top five floors of MB you'd expect that there is some overlap of people and guests. This is not the case. You can choose to use all of MB's facilities but you can remain separate if you'd like. This is a perfect arrangement for us as our teenage son is at the wave pool at MB and we are relaxing by the Four Seasons pool. I can't think of a better arrangement.

They are doing a bit of renovation but it wasn't an inconvenience and nothing is inexpensive as you would expect.

We will be back!

Room Tip: Our room was perfect. I'd expect they all are.

I am not a fan of Vegas. When a conference that I wanted to attend picked its location as Vegas, I just cringed. But wait, it’s at the Four Seasons. This hotel is everything you can expect from a FS property. The service is impeccable as you would expect. The rooms are big and beautiful. The pool is absolutely relaxing. Best parts – no casino & no smoking. I found it to be a relaxing, refuge from the bustle of Vegas. If you want to turn things up a notch, the Mandalay Bay is attached. You also have access to the MB pool if you desire a little more excitement. If you are going to Vegas to experience Vegas you may want to stay a little farther North on the strip. If you want to kick back and relax than this is your place.

Four Seasons at its best. Hotel Room was great and the toiletries were fantastic.

Nothing better than the shoe shine for the morning for an important meeting.

Wish I would have been a few weeks later to enjoy the pool.

Recently spent a glorious week at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, a quiet (if you can imagine) oasis right on "The Strip". After a multi-million dollar renovation the new room décor is modern yet warm and inviting with splashy accents of citron and silver. My comfortable one bedroom suite featured a marble foyer, powder room, spacious living room, separate work area with an oversized desk (perfect is one member of the couple has to work a bit), large bedroom with sitting area, 3 closets and a European style 4-piece ensuite marble bath. Huge window walls overlooked “the Strip” as well as distant mountains. This 5-star hotel offers the best of both worlds! First you have all the creature comforts Four Seasons Hotels are famous for; luxurious rooms, fine restaurants, pristine cleanliness, 5-star spa and impeccable friendly service! Let's put an emphasis on "friendly" while at the same time efficient, quiet, right there when you need it but never stuffy, perfection! If you need some R & R believe it or not this location can be a very relaxing holiday with a lovely pool, excellent poolside service with everything from cucumbers for your eyes, ice cold spritz to cool mango ice drinks. The spa treatments are first class (take this from one who has been to Canyon Ranch many times and was more than satisfied here). The seaweed detox wrap is excellent. The flip side is the easy access to Mandalay Bay Casino and all the action Vegas is famous for from world class gaming, fashion designers and numerous competing restaurants of world famous chefs! It's all right here, you simply walk through a door from the elevator lobby and there you are in the centre of it all. The beauty of it is that you can only get back through that door with your room key keeping the quiet sophistication of the Four Seasons tranquillity perfectly intact. Many of the staff have been here for years, I recognized door men and valets from previous visits and they are quick to say “welcome back”. The house car is conveniently at your disposal (1st come 1st serve) for venturing out to neighbouring casinos and let’s not forget the shows, there is something for everyone. I saw Celine Dion & Alicia Keys this trip, fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel, for me it's the only place to stay in Las Vegas!

Room Tip: Stip views are prime and well worth the extra charge. Prettier at night when illuminated! Don'...

I've been to Vegas many times and stayed all over the strip this is my new favorite! I love the fact that it's like a little oasis inside vegas, very quiet, private entrance inside Mandalay Bay, no smoking or gambling! Perfect!

My husband and I went to Vegas for my birthday and wanted to stay somewhere nice so after MUCH reviewing we decided on Four Seasons and were not disappointed! The service is 2nd to none! Nice greeting, got to our room quickly beautiful lobby, it's typical of the four seasons so it's not modern but clean and nice, I would say it could use a bit of a freshen up but none the less very nice. Our room was nice good size with a great view of the strip. It's on the top 4 floors of Mandalay Bay. The BEST part as far as I'm concerned is the pool. You don't have to deal with the party pool over at Mandalay Bay, they treat you like a queen, fresh water, cool towels, spritz! That's worth the extra money in itself!

I was a little disappointed in the complementary car service it was NEVER available and were were there for 3 days so I didn't feel like that was a great perk, but they offered free shoe shine and newspaper every day which is a nice touch! Great food! Really great place to stay in vegas would go again!!!

This was a wonderful stay in Las Vegas.
Apples at the front desk and quiet, well-kept hallways and very clean facilities.
The Verandah restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious - Antonio, the head chef, is a genius!
Earl, Head of Security, is wonderful.

We traveled here for 3 nights in early March, for a Luxury Girls Getaway Weekend - per usual, the Four Seasons exceeded our expectations. Strip-View rooms & being at the top of the Mandalay Bay Tower keeps you close to the Vegas action/shopping/dining meccas, but inside a relaxed & luxurious cocoon at the FS. Rooms have been recently renovated with a high-end hip feel, w/ very comfortable beds. The entire staff is extremely helpful & respectful, w/ a fantastic Concierge Desk. I had one of the best massages of my life at the Spa & enjoyed daily workouts in their beautiful fitness center. Quiet/relaxing pool environment, which is a nice change; you can also enjoy the busier Mandalay Bay pools, if you want more of a typical Vegas pool scene.

Room Tip: Strip-view rooms are fantastic! All rooms are on top 6 floors of the Mandalay Bay Tower & have...
