Description: We are a full-service Indian restaurant with a contemporary twist, in our food, our décor and our approach. We take pride in our services and place great importance on the quality and freshness of every ingredient we use. Our food mantra is simple-fresh, flavorful and colorful food that appeals to all five senses. Our chef believes that the food we serve should transfer you, in spirit, to the region it originated from. Therefore every recipe has been pain-stakingly gathered from kitchens all across South-East Asia. Mint Indian Bistro offers a unique dining experience, as exotic and enchanting as this fusion of Hindu and Buddist Cultures. From tandoor delicacies, curries and naans, to tangy chaats and crispy dosas, we have it all!No matter what dietary philosophy you follow, we have something for everyone. We believe you shouldn’t have to lose-out on taste just because you follow a special diet. We therefore cater to special diet groups like vegetarians and vegans. We also serve Kosher/Halal meat and gluten-free delicacies. So whether you like your curry hot, super-hot or inferno-style, we will custom-make it to your individual taste. And if you’re truly brave-hearted, we challenge you to finish a bowl of our super-inferno curry (Coming Soon)! The curry is hot but the rewards are sweet!Let’s get to a more interesting topic-Beer! We have one of largest varieties of international beers in Las Vegas and indeed the largest variety for any Indian Restaurant. Our Lassi Bar menu is the object of our contemporaries envy. We have stouts, brown, pale and light ales and premium lager beers from all around the world. The spirit menu features some of the exclusive and best selection of vodkas, rums and gins. We bet we have some cocktails on the list that you’ve never tried before. We have something for everyone even if you don't drink alcohol!Come and be part of the Mint family….we know you’ll be back for more!

Thought the food and service was fantastic. Had the chicken vindaloo, which they spiced according to my taste (hot). Several interesting nann breads. Husband is vegetarian, and there was lots of choice (think he had some chickpea concoction, plus a rice biryani). I had a discount coupon from restaurant.com, which made the price extremely reasonable. Not sure if there are mutliple locations. We were at a location just across from the Atomic Test Museum (on Flamingo E). Would definitely go again.

The new young owners are really trying to do everything right. They've done away with the buffet in order to provide the freshest and healthiest organic selections possible. With lunch specials as low as $5.99, this can be very affordable. Dinner menus are all under $20. We tried the Veggie Pakoda appetizer -- fantastic! The Kwati Soup (five lentil) was tasty, although I expected a little more spice. Curried cauliflower & potatos was wonderful. We also tried the Lamb Sekuwa (kabobs), Veggie Korma, and something else with chicken (sorry, I forget exactly what). All very good. We overheard the couple at the next table raving about the turkey Momos. The owner is vegetarian and offers one of the most extensive vegetarian and vegan menus in Las Vegas. They also focus on quality, healthy ingredients and lean meats.

A large selection of wine and imported beer adds even more pleasure to your dining experience. For non-alcoholic choices, ask to see the selection of tea. We had the Mile High Chai which carries you to far away places with its pleasant spices. From low caffeine White Peony to Darjeeling, there is something for everyone.

The atmosphere needs some improving, but give them time. We have to drive half-way across town, but we'll be back often!

Was expecting much better. Found the food to be a bit bland. Chicken dish was made with all dark meat (Rebel curry) - didn't care for that. Food just OK - don't think I'll return.

The curries on the Nepalese section of the menu were so tasty and a perfect match for the piping hot garlic naan bread. Most impressive part was the Beer List. The extensive menu boasts Tibetan, Nepalese and Indian and the chef is from Chitwan, Nepal. Everyone was so friendly, the food was out of this world and the import beer selection was best I've experienced in Las Vegas.

During our two spent in Vegas (only in order to save money on our plane fare home) we had 4 terrible meals, until we came here. Figuring that "you shouldn't be able to go wrong with Himalayan food", we gave this place a try...and were pleasantly surprised! The food was reasonably priced and tasty. The service was friendly, the decor was comfortable and colorful without being over the top. After our lunch experience here, all other restaurants seemed a poor choice for dinner-so back we came. Two meals in one day shows its quality.
