Description: We are a full-service Indian restaurant with a contemporary twist, in our food, our décor and our approach. We take pride in our services and place great importance on the quality and freshness of every ingredient we use. Our food mantra is simple-fresh, flavorful and colorful food that appeals to all five senses. Our chef believes that the food we serve should transfer you, in spirit, to the region it originated from. Therefore every recipe has been pain-stakingly gathered from kitchens all across South-East Asia. Mint Indian Bistro offers a unique dining experience, as exotic and enchanting as this fusion of Hindu and Buddist Cultures. From tandoor delicacies, curries and naans, to tangy chaats and crispy dosas, we have it all!No matter what dietary philosophy you follow, we have something for everyone. We believe you shouldn’t have to lose-out on taste just because you follow a special diet. We therefore cater to special diet groups like vegetarians and vegans. We also serve Kosher/Halal meat and gluten-free delicacies. So whether you like your curry hot, super-hot or inferno-style, we will custom-make it to your individual taste. And if you’re truly brave-hearted, we challenge you to finish a bowl of our super-inferno curry (Coming Soon)! The curry is hot but the rewards are sweet!Let’s get to a more interesting topic-Beer! We have one of largest varieties of international beers in Las Vegas and indeed the largest variety for any Indian Restaurant. Our Lassi Bar menu is the object of our contemporaries envy. We have stouts, brown, pale and light ales and premium lager beers from all around the world. The spirit menu features some of the exclusive and best selection of vodkas, rums and gins. We bet we have some cocktails on the list that you’ve never tried before. We have something for everyone even if you don't drink alcohol!Come and be part of the Mint family….we know you’ll be back for more!

“One of Las Vegas Best Indian Restaurant”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

One of the two favorite Indian restaurants in Las Vegas. Our favorite near the Strip, even it is really out of our way because we live in Las Vegas, quite a drive.
Love the lunch buffet, good and numerous choices of both hot and cold items. The only Indian restaurant in town offers choice of naan for buffet. Also great variety of chutney.
My particular favorite is lamb or goat curry. Always delicious and tender. Unlike other Las Vegas Indian buffet, they also serves a couple of noodle dishes.

“Good buffet”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

We went during lunch and decided to go with the buffet. I always think you lose something when you opt for a buffet you're getting quantity over quality.
The food was delicious and the naan was tasty as well. The mango lassi was a little thick and was more like thin yogurt.
Service was solid.

“Fantastic food”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

They do North & South Indian food. As much as I was tempted to try their dosas, I was with a group and so we ended up getting a few dishes for the table to share around. All the dishes were delicious and very authentic - no layers of oil or the numb-your-tastebuds type strong spices - just the right flavours for every dish so that you could savour each taste.
Very polite and helpful staff and lovely music.
Definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates good Indian fare.

“Superb Indian food and great service”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

I wanted to go for Indian this time in Vegas. So I looked up the various reviews and concluded that this should be the place.
Well, to cut it all short, this was indeed a superb restaurant. I had vegetable samosas which were very nicely prepared. Then I went for a spicy chicken tikka. I also tried several of their lassis. My favourite, after trying 4 of them, was the lychee lassi.
The nans were very nice too. Everything freshly made and very tasty.
If you want a hit, go here and you won't be disappointed if you are an Indian food lover.

“An excellent gem!”
Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

The food here was amazing. Excellent variety of different Indian dishes. The meat was tender and juicy and the spices just right. You have the option to have half dishes so you can order a variety of choices. The wine and beer selection is extensive and the service is second to none. We will be back
