1st time in over 15 years at an i-hop. Remember them as being decent food, good service, higher prices than competitors and breakfasts that resembled desserts more than anything else, with little strips of ham (which I thought was tacky). Decided to give it another try. Went to one on boulder hwy. and flamingo. Ordered over extra easy eggs and was served hammered well done ones. Waitress took them back and re-appeared in about 15 seconds with over easy ones. too quick to have cooked them. Service was good, food so-so and bad overpriced coffee. Place almost empty at 8 A.M. on saturday. The prices are higher than the 3 casinos or Denny's all within 1/2 mile. The food is certainly not any better. The only advantage over the casinos is parking but Denny's has similar parking and food. With prices about 1/2 of I-hop.

When in Vegas we used to drive up to nearest IHOP which was at the end of the strip right next to Stratosphere hotel.

IHOP serves the best pan cake. They quick with their service and yummy in taste.
Portions are too big. You will go crazy if you are a pan cake lover. They have strawberry, blueberry, banana, caramel, chocolate, plain……

Enjoy :)

As tourists from the Philippines, we normally yearn for the famous restaurants in the United States. So during the family four day stay at Las Vegas, one of the children said " Let's have breakfast at IHOP. "What's IHOP?" my teenage daughter asked. The other answered. "Oh they serve the best breakfast. On the very first day in Vegas, we all dressed up to go out for breakfast. We drove our van and searched for an IHOP branch. Luckily, we saw one on our way to the strip and we backtracked towards the restaurant. We arrived past 10 a.m. and the restaurant was teeming with patrons. We got the menu and typically american dishes met our hungry eyes. Pancakes, sausages, omelettes, ham, french toast. Interestingly there was a section for Seniors/Elderly...a reasonable breakfast package with just the right amount of food servings. Our party of six ordered various kinds of food and had a good fill. After the hearty meal, someone asked, what does IHOP mean. I answered...International House of Pancakes. YUMMY!.

Its a great place to grab a late night breakfast. Ate here after getting into Vegas on a midnight flight. Service was excellent, food was great even though there was only one other table in the place
