Very dirty hotel!!! Bad wireless signal, and old static TV. Old dog toys in room and someone else's dirty underwear. Fridge/freezer leaking. Bad smell and again horrible dirty, had to keep shoes on so our feet/socks would not turn black. Very Dissatisfied!!

Cannot recommend the Best Western in Las Vegas, NV. If you need air conditioning, or for that matter even electricity.... go elsewhere..... or better yet.... RUN! (as in AWAY....) No sleep. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Badly designed. Lounge was disgusting.

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We also apologize for the Monsoon that hit the Las Vegas Valley during your stya with us and unfortunatley we can not control Mother Nature and the power outage that hit us. We do hope that you would give us another chance.

Enjoyed my stay. The best thing was shower. It was very strong. The room was very big. Great location. The hotel has a shuttle to the strip and airport. No resort fees was nice. Food was good and drinks were better.

We spent two nights here and were very pleased with the quality, size, comfort and cleanliness of the room. We were surprised to find the room so large, and would recommend it to anyone wishing to put four people in one room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We wanted a hotel off the main strip, at a reasonable price and it's exactly what we got.

It has been several years since we stayed at this hotel. I had trouble finding it this time because the large, colorful sign that was in front of the parking lot is gone. We picked this hotel because we had stayed there before and for the location. It has a fairly central location and since it isn't on the Strip, there is very little traffic. We had a large room (really a mini-suite) on the ground floor near the back of the building. It was very quiet. The room was very clean but getting a bit worn. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. The coffee maker was fast and reasonably quiet. The air condition worked great with the temperature outside being well over 100 degrees. There is a 7-11 convenience store and a McDonald's within 2-3 blocks.
