Location was excellent - 10 min drive to the strip, in a really quiet neighborhood which was a welcome balance to the hustle and bustle of Vegas. It was also really close to the airport (only a 10 min drive or around $25 taxi fare). There was plenty of room to sleep 10 people and there was room to put up more! (although I believe there is an extra charge if you have more than 10 people). The beds were comfortable, although one of the beds was quite creaky!! The house was really clean. The password for the wireless internet was provided free. Large flat screen TV. There were enough towels, linens etc. but no extras.

It was basically appointed. There was a pool table but no balls or cues to play. There was a computer but it was not connected. Those were the only less positives, but it would be hard to find better value for your money and I would stay there again. The home owner was great to work with.
