So glad we escaped the strip to have dinner here! Not cheap, but wonderful food, and we got to sit kitchen-style and watch the cooks make their creations. Highly recommended, didn't have anything we didn't like.

Looking for a new spot to grab a bite/drink and found Carson Kitchen. Came here with my wife and bro and we had a great experience.
Attempted to make a reservation but they only take reservations for large parties. No big deal. So we walked in and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. Place looked full and it's not particularly big.
There's a bar inside and one on the roof. Waiting area was outside in a courtyard/lounge type area. So we headed to the roof, grabbed a drink, and proceeded to chill in the courtyard. A couple drinks later we were seated inside.
Placed our food order and another round of drinks. Started off with the chicken skins which were a crunchy delight of fried goodness. Wife ordered the green beans which were as tasty as a green bean could be.
I ordered the Secret Sunday chicken sandwich, which was one darn good tasting sandwich. The accompanying tater tots were consumed by the wife so I'm assuming that they were just as delicious.
My bro ordered the blackened Chilean sea bass and that thing was damn tasty. Perfectly cooked which the right amount of crispness on the blackened side.
We finished the night with the bread pudding which was on point as any dessert should be.
The waitress was cool, friendly, and attentive. Don't particularly remember her name but she was excellent.

This is restaurant is a little bit off the beaten path and worth the extra 50 steps you take to get there. The menu includes meals of a smaller portion with an extra flair. I'm a picky eater, but this restaurant makes dishes that just work! Definitely finish your meal with the donut bread pudding! It is truly the best dessert I have ever tasted!

There was some confusion with the table booking but the ladies there quickly sorted it - that was hugely appreciated given we were a group of ten. Relaxed restaurant - the food was excellent and one of the best we experienced on our US trip. A short walk from the Fremont street experience afterwards. Would absolutely go again !! Would recommend all dishes!! Everyone enjoyed their choices. Thanks for a great time.

We loved this place, the food was amazing and it had a great atmosphere, the service was also fantastic. It is also really close to Fremont street so it is great if you are going there on your visit, it is reasonably priced compared to restaurants on the strip.
