Stopped in for a drink and light bite to eat before a concert. It's a small place; not sure if they take reservations, but be prepared to wait. It's definitely worth the wait! They have a decent craft beer and cocktail menu. Service was good and everything seems to be made to order, so it does take a little time to get your food. The menu has a lot of interesting items; will definitely be back to try more items.

We visited Carson Kitchen based on a recommendation. After two days on the strip it was so refreshing to walk into this understated but modern restaurant. Prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. This restaurant is tapas style so it was nice to try a variety of dishes. We had the veal meatballs, fish, beet salad and Brie. All were great. Overall no complaints from service to ambiance to food. Well worth the visit.

This is a great little funky place and the food is really good. We had about 10 of us and we split 15 dishes and it was definitely enough. The tempura beans and the Falafel sliders were the hit of the night. It worked out to be $ 40 per head with a tip. The only thing that wasn't so great was that we arrived an hour early but they didn't really encourage us to sit in the courtyard and have a drink while we waited for our table. It was only when we asked they offered it up. Definitely great good quality food.

We saw the good reviews and decided to try it. Good service and teamwork created a good vibe. Small hip place with great food. My husband and I shared the tempura fried green beans, sea bass...the mac and cheese...wow! You won't be dissapointed.
