Figure 4 deviled eggs...;$8, (That's TWO eggs ) Beet Salad, average. .Bacon jam with a SLIVER, and I mean a SLIVER of Brey. One beer...total cost over $50. The tastes were average, and nothing really stood out. You can get more for your money just about any where else. Try Pizza Rock or anywhere else. At least at these places you are not getting ripped off. After reading all the reviews here on Trip Advisor, I just don't get it. I was SOOO disappointed.

We decided to get out of the main Vegas strip area and find something in "Old" Las Vegas. This restaurant had great reviews so we checked it out. They seat only about 20-25 people and we had a great kitchen side spot at the bar. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and chatty, including one of the chefs. The food comes when it's ready so you're likely to get one part of your meal a few minutes before the rest of your meal. Everything arrived within 10 minutes. I had the Steelhead trout which was cooked to perfection. The smashed potatoes was a huge portion and was delicious. Wine was reasonably priced and about 50% of what we paid on the strip. I highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service and the atmosphere!

We arrived at 11:00am opening on a Saturday, and ordered the fried chicken skins and bacon jam. Boy, was it good! Not the healthiest meal but, heck, we're in Las Vegas. I'm hoping to return for dinner on our next trip.

We had our last dinner in Vegas at Carson Kitchen. It was recommended by our son after his visits to Vegas. We were welcomed with a smile by the nice waiter. She organized a table for four and we asked her for recommendations. She did her best, and we had excellent food through the meal. Some strange courses as bacon marmalade with Brie or crispy green beans were really tasty! We shared six different courses, and got home, - ready for a good nights sleep. We'll go back next time we visit Vegas.
