Just an overall great place, and certainly worth paying more to stay here compared to other places such as Luxor or other standard hotel rooms. These are truly Suites, though shaped rectangular like a standard hotel room. The bathroom and living area are truly what make this a "suite", besides the obvious 725+sq.ft.

Gym has free weights and plenty of cardio...I actually paid extra for the 'resort fee' (had a choice!) to utilize it.

Lux Cafe (restaurant) was a bargain. Their very simple breakfast buffet was what I chose, even though I'm not a buffet type nor was I interested (until I walked to see whats there). it had pastries, dry cereal, omlete bar and fruits...which was just enough for me (especially for $15). Their lunches are great also.

Our stay was a package deal for the Prestige Suites...we can't do Vegas any other way now. Limo to and from the airport, champagne in our luxurious suite, complimentary breakfast, open bar and appetizers, dessert and snacks during the day. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the elegant casino, if you are looking for a high end hotel, this is the one. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, and the Canyon Ranch spa was fantastic. If you have the budget, I highly recommend splurging on this hotel.

This all suite hotel was very nice. The rooms are huge and comfortable. We are non-smokers and there was no hint of smoke on our floor which was nice. Also the casino and shopping area was a lot less smokey than a lot of others. While we enjoyed our stay, next time we will try the Encore as we liked the entire property better. For us it was very confusing to get around in the Palazzo, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pools/spa and surrounding area was the best part, very nice. The hotel was very quiet on the 18th floor were we stayed. Join the grazie slot club for extra benefits. There is also a +$20 resort fee. But it does include your wireless internet if you need it.

We just returned from this trip, and all I can say I was very dissapointed in the service received ..............also the rooms are not very clean. Shower pressure is very low , that i had to use the tub rinse off some soap. This is a rip off hotel , & front desk do not care. Very ignorant. Stay @ Wynn or Aria this is more worth ur money & time !!!!!!!!!!!! BELIEVE ME!

Travelled with our teenage daughter. We got a 2-Queen Suite which was perfect for the three of us. Good Strip location if you want to avoid large crowds like around Paris/Harrah's. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very quiet even though we faced the street on the 17th floor. Great shower with lots of pressure.

Nits: Mini fridge is full so full of liquor and drinks for purchase that you can't still your own water/soda to keep cold. Also watch out that everything in the fridge and on top of it is on pressure sensors so you don't want to even touch things. Housekeeping tipped on of the bottled waters and our room was charged 5 bucks - fortuneately we caught it at checkout and charge was removed. If you don't like Phantom of the Opera or The Four Seasons then you'll suffer in the elevators because they are promoting these shows.

Pros: All rooms are suites, sign up for their email list for great deals (not as cheap as some other hotels, but great value for what you get). Grand Canal area is fun for everyone. There is a Walgreens very close by to pick up bottled water and other items. There is also an Avis desk so you can save money on a rental if you take a cab or shuttle from the airport and pick up the car at the hotel the next day (because of the day rental and aiport fees we save $50 doing this even after cab fare both ways).
