Stayed here for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year's with three couples and our kids.
We chose this property for it's suite sizes and offerings and I think we got a good rate for the time of year and faced the strip.
The rooms were clean and spacious and great for our family and watching sports on the TV in the sunken Living room. The room has a TV in the living room area, a separate one near the beds, and one in the bathroom. It also had a nice vanity set up in the bathroom to do makeup.
The hotel itself isn't very large but it's attached to the Venetian and easy to get to shops and restaurants and was an easy walk to the Wynn, the Fashion Show Mall and the Mirage ( where we went to see Love)
We ate at the "Spa" restaurant for Brunch, Truth and Tonic and it was good.
I didn't work out at the gym but one of the adults in our party did and said it was good.
This was a great overall choice for a family of 4-5 and I liked that the parking was easy and free.

A group of ladies went for a ladies weekend getaway and to celebrate a milestone birthday. We’re on the mature side and purposely chose the Palazzo because it’s a little nicer, the rooms are spacious and it’s quieter. All this is true but there were some disappointments. The casino floor was a lot smokier than our previous visits and I couldn’t tolerate more than a half hour before getting a head ache and other reactions. The slots were pretty cold so just as well but I was uncomfortable when we stopped at a few bars for drinks. What irks me the most though is that there is neither complimentary water nor a coffee maker in the room. EVERY hotel has at least one even budget ones like Holiday Inn Express and most provide both. I would have paid for mini-bar water but couldn’t find a price list. On the up side, the restaurant Morel’s French steakhouses was very accommodating when we needed to eat quickly and early to get to a show. I think our server was Robert ? Even though we said we didn’t have time for dessert look what they brought !!!!!!!! We also had very nice service at Rosina. The booths are very cozy and we were able to hear each other and have a nice conversation.

Dear Felinerunner,

Thank you very much for choosing to share feedback from your recent stay at The Palazzo. Having said that, please accept my sincere apologies for not properly exceeding your expectations during your stay with us.
Smoking is allowed only on the casino floor and in the suites of one smoking floor in one of the Venetian towers so that there should be no smoking allowed in any other public areas and suites. Please be assured that your feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate management team to review and ensure our filtration system is operating as it should.

In regards to a coffee machine, we do not offer this facility in the suite because we are a full service resort which offers this service through our 24 hour In-Suite-Dining, as well as at a variety of convenient outlets throughout the resort.

It is our hope to have an opportunity to host you for stay truly reflective of the vision we have for our guests.

Kind regards,

Maria M.

I have been a frequent visitor of Las Vegas for close to 50 years. ALWAYS have been comfortable, safe, and well entertained. The Palazzo is extremely well versed in its customer service skills,, management. and eager to please its guests! We will definitely be back! Dining with top notched employees was prevalent at all restaurants !!!
