Before leaving for Las Vegas I booked a tour for the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. I decided to tour with Grand Adventures. Our tour guide "Eric" was such a pleasure and was so knowledge of the area. We learned so much along the way to the Grand Canyon as well as when we arrived at the Canyon and Hoover Dam. This trip was such a great experience as a family and our memories will last a life time!
Did this trip on Saturday 27th August and we were not disappointed. Tour guide was Alfonso and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly he is definitely an asset to the company. It was a long day but well worth it, even the thunderstorm at the Grand Canyon did not dampen our spirits. Alfonso provided the breakfast and picnic lunch which was excellent, also took brilliant photos of us which we could never have matched! A great day worth remembering.Picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Flawless ! Yes I would recommend this tour
When we found out we were coming to Las Vegas the one thing that was a MUST was to see the Grand Canyon. After searching online and reading reviews we stumbled upon Grand-adventures. We booked early and just awaited till our tour date.
Our tour guide was Chad, and he was AWESOME. He made the day sooo fun and filled us in with lots of knowledge about Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. He made everything so much more interesting and took some really great photos of our groups and the canyons. Being a Nevada native he also knew where all the good spots were and knew lots of the history.
We booked the sunset tour which was an amazing sight to See. Definitely a most if you can! Our tour also included seeing the Hoover Dam and Route 66 As well as it included breakfast and a picnic lunch at the Canyons.
It was a LONG day but well worth the cost and the time to see such a beautiful wonder of the world.
We did the sunset tour which was amazing. It was a long day but we did a few stops. Stopping at seligman on route 66 historic town was such a cool place. The sunset at the Grand Canyon was simply spectacular! I would recommend it 100%. If you are going to do the Grand Canyon you must do the south rim, it's simply breathtaking. Worth the extra travel time. Last but not least was our tour guide Alfonso. This guy was amazing. He is so knowledgeable about so much. He gives you so many interesting historical facts. He also could not get enough if taking some awesome photos of us all. I have come back with some spectacular photos. What a legend. Grand adventures should be everyone's 1st choice for visiting the Grand Canyon with. Thanks!
I did a sunset trip which was a long day however was the highlight of my Las Vegas trip.
Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and knew all the tricks on avoiding traffic etc.
We started with a free breakfast at McDonalds, viewed the Hoover Dam, Stopped at Route 66 before getting to the canyon. We had a picnic lunch (included). The sunset over the canyon was magnificent.
Based on the stellar reviews, we decided to book this excursion with our friends. We did not regret it for one second. First of all, our tour guide Chad, was awesome. Right on time for our pickup at our hotel. He shared great information about the history of Vegas along the way to the Canyon. He made the trip really fun. The tour surpassed our expectations. We will definitely do this tour again.
