“Look Tours Do not use this Company”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2010

My Wife and I had a neon strip tour booked weeks in advance for our recent trip to Las Vegas. On our arrival we checked to make sure the trip was still on but were advised that it may be cancelled as only 4 other people were booked in. On the afternoon of the tour, after ringing Look Tours they advised the tour was cancelled and we would be rebooked for the Wednesday. To our dissapointment Wednesday arrived and they cancelled again. This company seems to make a habit of continually letting down customers. Please donot use this company they do not deserve to be in business.

“look tours/vision tours/bar10 ranch ruined my las vegas vacation”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2009

We traveled to Las Vegas to take some sight seeing tours. We booked 6 weeks in advance with Look Tours to go to the Grand Canyon via Vision Airlines tour plane which notified us the day before our tour that it had been cancelled. This was after we traveled 2500 miles from east coast.Don't book with these people they take your money in advance and waste your vacation time and could care less about you. We confirmed our tour 5 days before the tour and all was a go. Then, a women called the night before the tour and lied to my wife that something had happened to the plane, which turned out to be a lie. I called the next morning and was told the truth, that they didnt book enough people, so if i where you I would not do business with these companies: Look Tours, Vision Airlines Tours, Bar 10 ranch. Oh, and one last thing, they had not even begun to process our refund until we called to complain 4 days later.

“Las Vegas - Grand Canyon Tour - GO SUNDANCE !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 30, 2009

Crikey!
We pre booked tickets to fly by heli to see the Grand Canyon, from the UK, on the net.
Our whole trip, in a hire car, (San Fran -Los Angeles - Las Vegas) was a belated 25th wedding anniversary pressie to ourselves, and thought a swanky hotel ( Mandalay Bay) and a trip to the GC ,would round off our adventure to the West coast of America.
We were not to be dissapointed.
Having left our hearts in San Francisco, would we leave our breakfast on the instruments of the heli run by Sundance in Las Vegas??..........well.......actually not! The start to finish was what it said on the can. The on time limo pick up from the hotel, the airport lounge with safety drill ( on Plasma TV), to meeting our (crikey again) lady pilot, Dominique, blonde and from Sweden. I should have had no concerns there. Within minutes we were flying over the Mandalay, Luxor, Mgm,New York New -York Venetian and all the others and then zooooom, off, at 3,500 ft and whatever speed , because you never feel as though you are moving, plus everyone is braving themselves up saying they are ok ( with their headphones on) when really everyone is slightly more than anxious (that aint aviation fuel you can smell)!
10 mins in and everyone is an experienced flyer, ooing at the flypast of the Hoover Dam, ahhing(?) at the meanders of the Colorado, and finally the descent into the Grand Canyon. I suspect the colours of the rock are ever changing depending on the time you fly, but whatever, take it all in, this is a one off, probably never repeated again experience. A soft landing at the base of the canyon gives you some free time for more piccies, and more piccies and even more! A picnic lunch (included in the package) is serverd up on rustic tables, under a camouflage net (to keep out the heat )in quaint pic nic baskets with Champagne or fizzy water to celebrate this fantastic trip
Unfortunately, this brief stop, and it is brief (30mins) means it's time to head back to Vegas. If you didn't get the Hoover Dam on the way out, you won't on the way back as the flight pattern is changed. (Scenic out - fastest back!)
If you do Vegas, you must do the Grand Canyon. If you do the Grand Canyon, go rotary, If you go rotary.............GO SUNDANCE!
A FANTASTIC experience, and a GREAT way to end a holiday.
Women drivers?
Thanks Dominique.

“LOOK Tours/airbright Grand Canyon tours Lied to us”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2009

Our trip was operated by AIRBRIGHT TOURS. The bus and driver,"Mike" were nice, the seats were a bit tiny but overall nice. So after they trick you into coming on a motorcoach to the holding facility at 5:30am, they try to upsell you to a more expensive trip. Wetook the southrim trip which would be a 300 mile trip eachway. We were told that we would return to Vegas at 9pm at the latest. We finally got back at 11;00PM
We were promised a full breakfast and lunch and got a honeybun and a juice box and a tiny cup of bad coffee (dont you DARE ask for seconds!) for lunch we got a mini pan pizza and a 16 ounce drink. NOW... let me remind you that we got picked up at 5:50am and returned at 11pm. There were no dinner stop options after we left the Grand Canyon. the only stop they made coming and going was at this tiny gas station with a Subway inside with overpriced EVERYTHING and bad service. This was in Kingman, AZ. there were a ton of other stop options, but the company chose this dump both coming and going. Overall, we loved the grand canyon but we will never choose a bus trip again because we felt lied to about several things.

“Grand Canyon From Vegas Helicopter Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2009

We booked the Vegas to Grand Canyon helicopter tour through Look Tours. The actual touring company was Sundance Helicopters. The total cost was $326 per person for (1) limo pickup from and return to the hotel, (2) 35 minute ride each way to the Grand Canyon and back and (3) picnic lunch in the canyon. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. It wasn't a cheap 4 hours but you receive value for your dollars. The only caution is there are 6 passengers per helicopter. We had a great group which added to the experience. I can see it also going the other way.
