We were recommended this eatery by friends and we were not disappointed. More expensive then average sushi restaurants but the quality is higher scale. We had soft crab and mixed platter.
Again the waitress offered a me to sample one of the beers I never had before.
Overall I would repeat

Went for a quick healthy early dinner without the price tag!! Arrived at 6:30p (happy hour finished at 7p) ordered a variety of sushi and appetizer dishes and sat at the bar. Very cheap and they were all delicious!! We ordered a second round at 6:55pm lol definitely worth the walk from Bellagio to the far end of Cesar's Palace!! Amazing tempura prawn and tempura mushrooms!!

Fish was very fresh and the Service excellent. Despite that, in comparison with "true" Japanese Sushi-Restaurants its variety of menus is limited and overpriced.

The sushi was fantastic. The service was perfect. The cocktails were really unusual, exciting, and deliscious. The view of the strip was amazing. The setting is perfect. The staff knew this was a special day for us (wedding anniversary) and went out of their way to make it fun. They even gave us a complimentary dessert with mini-fireworks. The general manager came out to chat with us. He appeared to be doing the rounds of every table, making each party feel welcome. This was just about the best restaurant experience I've ever had. I highly recommed Sushi Roku for everyone looking for a deliscious and fun dinner.

Absolutely fantastic sushi. The Shopping Mall is as kitch as kitch can be but the restaurant is beautiful. Although there were about 17 restaurants in our hotel, the Concierge advised us to try the Sushi Roku at the Ceasar's Palace shopping Mall. This was a very good advice indeed. Fresh scallops and sea urchin were mouthwatering and the service wqas excellent. My family went for elaborate rolls, all of them beautifully presented. A bit pricey but worth every cent.
