Every time we go to Vegas , Raos is on our list at least 2 times. Not for the meatballs but for the veal parm' still on the bone. Can't wait to get back and have them again.
Really nice because we get it with our reward points

“Deliciouso!!!!”

We chose Rao's to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas. We got married at Caesar's Palace in 2006 where we first encountered the menu and decided this was something we wanted to try. At that time we were unable to get a last minute reservation at Rao's. Fast forward 7 years...it was worth the wait. Everything was wonderful, the staff was perfectly attentive without being overbearing as with some restaurants we went to while on our trip. We were dissatisfied with the first table we were seated at and the hostesses moved us immediately and pleasantly. The special pasta of the evening (we ordered it as a shared appetizer) was one of the best dishes I have ever had and it was certainly the best thing we ate it Vegas. Thank you Rao's, it was a terrific anniversary and we will be back.

“Not the same as the NY location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 17, 2013

The food was very good compared other Italian in Vegas …it was definitely not as good as the NY location …we have eaten in the NY location several times and had to make reservation almost a year in advance but worth it…you must try the restaurant at least one..You will enjoy!

“Rao's has seen better times”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 15, 2013

Echoing what others have said, the restaurant was just fair and this also was my fourth visit there. We walked into a uncrowned place with a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes. No offer to go to the bar, no we will be right with you, just a brush off with "sit over there and someone will get you". When we finally sat the first person to our table was a photographer (WTF). The waiter was pleasant but certainly didn't linger at the table. Busboys were very quick to remove plates even when they still had food on them. The menu was also disappointing, bland to the point of having to give up to decide rather than having too many great options that one couldn't decide. Truly disappointing and certainly my last visit. And the noise! Loud, obnoxious, and too the point we couldn't hear one another across the table and resorted to communication by text! At the same table! Ouch.

“Good solid Italian food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2013

This was not my first choice for Friday night but we were more than pleasantly surprised by the food on offer. It was so busy we had to settle for a table at the bar but one of the bar staff was so friendly that we chatted to him on and off all night. He recommended everything we had and he even arranged that the dishes be split beforehand. Everything was perfectly cooked if a little clumsily presented. I confess we only had main courses and we shred a pudding so I cannot comment on the whole menu but we really enjoyed everything we had and those around us seemed happy too!
