I was in Vegas for CES, the busiest convention week of the year, and had dinner at SW because it was the only restaurant that could accommodate a table of 10 that day. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was impeccable, the steaks were phenomenal, however the wines were a bit pricey. Our Argentinian waiter recommended the bone-in rib eye. I had a couple of steak connoisseurs at the table and they all agreed it was the best steak of their lives. It melted in the mouth.
