“Awesome Eye Candy”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2010

Third year in a row seeing this show. Haven't seen 'O' so I can't give a comparison. Love the music, the talent, and the visuals. My only complaint is that the show is too short - just a little bit over an hour. I got discounted tickets on travelzoo.com. Seats were half way up, but every seat is good as has been mentioned before.

“Le Reve, first Vegas show and hooked!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 27, 2010

Wow, you know how you go to a movie and you know it was good because you can't stop thinking about it? Well, that is Le Reve. In French it means The Dream but we did not know this before going to the show, it did not take long for me to figure out it was a dream, at some time during the show, I shared this with my fiance and three boys, age 20,16 and 14. They didn't seem to care because they were clearly enthralled with everything going on. The point is: you can appreciate the show for the amazing trapeze stunts, the beautiful set design, the story line, the water acrobatics, the music, the special effects etc... afterwards you will ponder how on earth the human body can perform such physically demanding feats. (like how do you hang from a trapeze and then hold onto someone while you are both wet from head to toe, without slipping and letting them fall, unless of course it is on purpose!)
Then you wonder what takes place behind the scenes and you google that after the show and realize that the entire performance is way beyond what you even thought in the first place.
We paid $97 for each ticket which put us in the Premium seating. One step above Splash zone seating and one step down from VIP. The theater is circular and there is not one bad seat in the house for viewing. The perfomance addresses every angle so no matter what section you are seated you will see everything.
The show started at 7:00 p.m. (there were still plenty of seats if you decided at the last minute, then again it is summer) Drinks and snacks are sold at the concession stand, so get there a bit early if this is of interest to you because the line was sort of slow. Make sure you use the restroom etc...because once the show starts you will not want to leave.
Bottom Line: I have no other show to compare this to, my fiance has been to a few cirque de soleil shows....he has nothing but good things to say about Le Reve. My three teenage boys and I thought it was amazing! We all loved it!
I splurged and spent nearly $500 treating everyone to the show, I do not have buyers remorse and I truly feel it was worth every penny of my hard earned money.

“Le Reve was spectacular!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2010

My wife and I saw the July 13 9:30 showing of Le Reve and were blown away. It is truly a unique show. It features a circular pool where the performers rise out of and descend into throughout the show ... a few times by dropping quite a distance from the top of the theatre. The story is a dream ... so you have to suspend disbelief and accept that some things just don't connect. The costumes, the modern music - including a live guitarist in the wings if you take the time to notice, the synchro swimmers, the acrobats - including the two 250+ pound men who balance each other on their heads - and the flow of the show make this a remarkable experience. Don't miss it!

“Le reve - One the best, gayest shows in Vegas!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2010

International cast of more than 90 athletes (mostly male, stunningly fit, wearing very little clothing and also wet from head to toe) and entertainers captures the imagination with their strength and agility. From a thrilling high-dive to synchronized swimmers doing the tango in red high heels, “Le Rêve” is captivating from beginning to end. It thought it is one the best shows, I have EVER seen!
