Stayed in Tower 1 and it was a short walk to shopping, the Casino, restaurants and of course the Strip. Price of the room was very reasonable especially considering the first class amenities including queen bed, couch, kitchen, jacuzzi and big shower. Have stayed at the Wynn and would rate this almost as good for a fraction of the cost. Stayed on the 17th floor looking out at the airport and the mountains. Was quiet at the end of the hall. Elevators are fast haha and a Starbucks right behind the lobby was a definite plus. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

When I checked into the 1st room I was allocated on the 8th floor I could hear the MGM party pool so asked to change rooms. The receptionist said it wasn't up to them as the room was owned by a separate company. I ended up having to pay another $10 to move rooms higher up and on the other side. New room was exactly the same just quieter. Not bad value for money. Large room and bathroom, comfy bed and pillows which really makes a nice change. However the room and bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd have liked. There were lots of hairs in the shower and sink and bits on the carpet that were never cleaned up over 4 nights. Also sheets not changed over 4 nights which I'd have expected for the price. Gym was excellent and good choice of 3 pools so plenty of space. I found the music around the pool too loud so I couldn't read or relax properly.

Room Tip: Higher up and on the strip are quieter rooms

We came back from a 3 nights at the MGM signature.
When we arrived, my partner very disappointed to learn that this is hotel with "no Concept":
No restaurants, non-smoking , no casino...
I chose this hotel because I wanted a large room and indeed the room was huge and comfortable, the best room I ever had at any hotel in the world.
Luckily, the hotel belongs to MGM grand and there is a corridor that connects you from the tower 1 straight into the lobby of the MGM grand , so we spent all the day in the pool of MGM and went to sleep in our beautiful room at Signature.
Eventually, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and we had a great time.

Room Tip: If you want to stay close to MGM GRAND choose the tower 1. If you like to be close to the strip cho...

The signature offers a non-smoking, non-gambling environment with top class service and amenities that is close to the action. If you want to see the strip, a show or go shopping, it is just a short walk. Or you can retreat behind the gates and relax by the pool, go to the gym or enjoy the in-room jacuzzi. We are here to see the Rolling Stones and the venue is a short walk from the hotel through air conditioned walkway. Can't beat the location or service.

Room Tip: get as high as you can to get away from the traffic noise. Some rooms have balconies if you are int...

The location of the Signature Towers, specifically Tower 1 where we stayed, was much better for our convention. We stayed in the main MGM the years before and this worked out much better. Very convenient and the room was very nice. The only thing I would have changed was our need for 2 queen beds instead of 1 bed and fold out sofa. I enjoyed it very much.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in February. I have nothing bad to say about the Signature. The room was big, clean and luxurious. There was even a small stove top to cook on. Our flight home was late at night but we were able to pay more and stay until 6pm. I'm not sure why everyone keeps saying the strip is far, we were in tower 2 and it took maybe 3 min to get to the MGM. There are even moving walkways in the tunnels.

Room Tip: If you are in tower 2 or three go check out the Miracle Mile shops behind the Signature. There is a...

OK so the MGM Signature is only a 4.5* according to reviews, but we stayed here and at the Trump Tower, and the MGM was way behind. Here's why . . . . .

Arrived at check in and room was not ready. Came back two hours later and they couldn't offer us the room we booked for another two hours. Kicked up a stink and finally got our Suite. It was big and spacious, but very lived in. Cigarette burn on carpet, TV in bedroom didn't work. Two calls to room service and an hour later a guy came, tried to fix it for an hour, only did half the job, said he's come back the next day but never did. Not to worry eh?

It's tough to make a lived in room feel like a 5* room without giving it a makeover. Free valet parking was a little slow. Concierge and front desk staff were polite and helpful, but unlike the Trump, it felt very scripted and synthetic. They had no doormen. Asked for a two hour extension on checkout and was informed 30 minutes was the best they could offer. it was an OK hotel, but nothing more. There's much better value out there nearby. This is a review of a Suite in Tower 1, maybe other floors are better but floor 31 is reviewed here.

I guess it's summed by the pic we took below . . . . . a small piece of toast was on our balcony in the corner when we checked it, presumably from the previous occupier. I left it there to see when housekeeping would notice, but it was still there when we left four days later when we checked out. Could not make our was was on it, maybe butter, or egg, or lemon curd? What do you reckon?
