We went here for breakfast one morning around 9AM when in Vegas staying at the MGM Grand. We ordered coffee and asked for a glass of water while we looked over the menu. The server was very busy and it took him some time to get back to us to take our orders. The menu has quite a few specials and it was hard making a choice. We ordered the egg scramble and the build your own omelette. The scramble was three eggs scrambled with onions, peppers, sausage, mushrooms alongside country style potatoes. I ordered a spinach, mushroom and Swiss cheese omelette which came with the country potatoes. Both breakfasts came with toast and were large portions. The potatoes were so tender and were the best I have ever had. The eggs were good too and both were loaded with the add ins - vegetables and meat and cheese. There were other large tables around us and the server had trouble paying attention to all his tables and struggled keeping our coffee and water refilled and also bringing creamer, hot sauce, ketchup or other items we requested. The prices are high but probably not unusual for Vegas with our breakfast at $60 for two. The food was delicious, portions were larger than we needed, Costa were high, service was not regular but it is a restaurant in the hotel which offered convenience as well.

Tasty, perhaps a little overpriced diner food. I had the pancakes which were spot on and the eggs over medium were ideal. The coffee is black and excellent but also $5. I’ll come here again. Just be prepared that it’s gonna run you double an identical meal almost anywhere else. Jose was my server and a fine individual.

We ended up here as we had a vacation credit to use. Enjoyed my watermelon and granola, which was a good portion. Spouse had red velvet pancakes. Expensive but expected. Good portions okay quality

Last day at MGM Grand - was here for breakfast - party of 4. All food was excellent except for the country potatoes. The country potatoes were inedible - They looked like they were 3 days old - very oily and mushy and awful looking and did not taste very good either. However, all other breakfast items were very delicious.
