The service was EXCELLENT in every single staff interaction and the majority of the facilities were top notch and very modern and sharp.

Downsides: bathroom toilet ran constantly and the walls are paper thin.

AMAZING RESORT!! From the time we stepped out of our private car we were greeted and taken directly to the VIP check in area. Loved having the private elevators and the room....the view was so beautiful - the decor sexy modern chic - loved the bathroom and the soaking tub with tv! Great assortment of in room mini bar/fridge and snacks...used the meeting space and it was very nice. Pool area was spectacular - love the range of cabanas to beds to loungers, the atmosphere...great food and so much to choose from with food court and upscale restaurants! Wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the spa, movie theatre, etc. Even the hall ways are pretty! You won't be disappointed!! Great for being near the strip but not on it!

Room Tip: Loved being higher up and the views of the strip are amazing!!

My hotel room had the most breath taking view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable. The soaking tub was a favorite amenity. I was in room 10-112 which was close to the elevators. My scale didn't work but maybe that was okay. The staff were fabulous. The convention food was decent. A great location for a meeting.

I stayed here recently for the Country Inn and Suites Annual Conference. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view of mountain range was nice to wake up to each morning.

The staff was friendly, the common areas were clean, the pool was nice although I didn't use it because of the low temperatures and high winds.

The first night, we took the free shuttle to the strip and had dinner at Joe's Seafood.

This is great alternative for those who want to visit Las Vegas but want to avoid the noise and traffic of the strip.

Room Tip: Get a room near the elevators. The hotel has long corridors and if you get a room at the far end of...

It was not by choice I choose this hotel more for the convenience. Much preferred to have stayed in the strip.

However I was very surprised at how amazing the rooms were and how comfortable and luxurious it is.

Staff is okay but they are very busy as I was during a busy period of lots of conventions in the resort. Getting a taxi was a nightmare as they have to call then I anther than having a rank. The hotel does not offer car services, it's only available for the diamond club or VIP guests.

I would stay here again but would have a car hire next time to avoid long delays in waiting.

Attended a convention and there is all kinds of things to do and all kinds of places to eat. What an amazing property. The room was large and the view was great. The service was awesome. We had a wonderful time. It is very close to the Redrocks Recreation Area too.

Room Tip: The higher floors with a room closest to the elevator are best. (long walk if the last three number...

I have stayed at red rock many times because of relatives in Vegas and it keeps on getting better. Inside there is so much to do like gambling and bowling or a movie. The main highlight of red rock is the buffet and the pool. The rooms were comfy and had a great view but small. The buffet for lunch and dinner is AMAZING its like eating in 12 different countries from Japanese food to italian to the awesome desserts I could not stop eating! The pool is also relaxing with a fountain in the middle and 3 hot tubs. However it does get crazy with a lot of screaming little kids and it gets VERY crowded so you might not get a spot. The staff are also nice but you can only access the pool if you stay at the resort and they have no tolerance for entering the pool without permission. This hotel is great if you don't want to be near the strip and want to see the beautiful red rocks.

Room Tip: Rooms at the top are better and bigger.
