The Red Rock Resort is large and fancy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is great, located off the strip on the west side of Vegas. Only twenty miles or so away is the Red Rock Canyon, a great outing that showcases the wonderful desert and mountain views. Only $7 per car. The resort though is nice if you like big. The casino is big too. Though, my wife and I didn't like the smoke which could have been better ventilated. Other people complained about it too. The restaurants were too expensive. There were long lines at the no reservation restaurant for what appeared to be no reason as there seemed to be plenty of open tables. The pool area and spa area seemed to be quite nice and open although we didn't use them. We were there for a convention and the rooms for this were very suitable. But, if you wanted to take a break and go outside for some sun and fresh air there weren't any outdoor areas to sit and relax. Overall, even though the resort was fancy it was too large for our liking. But if you like fancy then you'd enjoy your stay at Red Rock.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher room for a great view.

Thank you for taking the time to review Red Rock. I am a huge fan of the Red Rock Canyon and will go hiking there at least once a week.

My daughter, sister, mom and good friends go once a year to Red Rock Casino. We make it a girls only vacation and we have the time of our lives. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. We have been staying ay Red Rock for the last 6 years. You do not have to go far to eat at a good restaurant. There is a movie theater there and a bowling alley. Their pool is fabulous. They have a great spa. The bands that preform there are wonderful. This casino is phenomenal. You can not ask for more luxurious rooms.

We always enjoy staying at the Red Rock while in Vegas. The hotel rooms are terrific with floor to ceiling windows. The casino offers reasonable limit table games for an upscale casino. Restaurants , hotel and casino are all top notch!

For the last 5 years everytime we travel to Las Vegas we stay at least a portion of our valuable vacation time at the Red Rock. After the check in process and we un-pack once hit the casino floor my wife and I both feel that we've come home. We are welcomed by all the staff and our casino host Greg Rameriz is always available to help. It is a sad time when we leave to travel back home. We can't wait for the next time we can come home to the Red Rock again.

Room Tip: Higher floor, canyon view not far from the main elevators.

My wife and I stayed at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino for the first time recently. The hotel is located about 25 minutes off the strip but they have free shuttles not only to and from the strip but to the airport as well. So getting to and from the hotel was easy and cost effective.

The hotel itself was nicely done and was clean. The best part was the lack of people. There was not a lot of crowds which we liked. There are plenty of things to do, movie theater, bowling alley, nice restaurants and a good pool.

Our room was good sized and had a great view of Red Rock Canyon. The staff was friendly and we will probably be going back.
