We stayed in a beautifully appointed one bedroom villa on an upper floor. The villa was an excellent size for two people; it had everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and quiet; the staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful all the time.
The hotel close enough to the strip to get there quickly and enjoy the fun of the strip, but did not have the issues other resorts have - casino, through traffic, indoor cigarette smoke, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room tip: High floors are quiet and have a superb view of the city.

Excellent
I travel quite a bit, and have a very high expectations for my hotels. This one was terrific. Very friendly staff. Great location. No resort fees. Convenient valet parking. Lobby was comfortable with everything you need - nice bar, starbucks, market shop, plenty of room to relax. Rooms were very spacious and perfect for families. Reasonable rates. Very nice pool area. This is a great option if you don't want to stay in a huge casino hotel. Highly recommend.

Good location
The location of this hotel is very convenient. The rooms and living room area are rather small compared with other Marriott properties. But I guess is is due to the location. Parking is convenient with complimentary valet parking. The hotel staff does some extra security measures for all guests by checking room keys or remembering our faces, etc. Several restaurants are very close, almost within a block. Las Vegas Strip, other shops, casinos, attractions and fountains are within walking distance or in a few miles. This hotel is very family friendly as it has fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryers, as well as daily entertaining activities for kids and some for adults (e.g., art projects, foods, ice cream, live music, wine, etc.). This hotel is a fun place to hang out with family or friends.

Close to the Strip, no casino or resort fees, great sized room, nice staff
We stayed in the one bedroom villa and loved it. Good sized renovated rooms with full kitchenette and washer/dryer. Close enough to the Strip that its walking distance (5 -10 mins) but not noisy and just across the road you can get lost in the Miracle Mile shopping centre which includes restaurants and access to the nearby casinos.
Staff are very helpful with courtesy shuttle buses to Walmart and the outlet malls. You are given a summary of the daily activities available in the hotel when you check in, this includes free caricatures in the lobby by a local artist (who was great). Security is good with staff checking everyone has room passes to use the elevators.
The concierge can offer information about discounted tours/shows etc, but you may be offered a timeshare presentation for 90 minutes for some of them (we were offered a heavily discounted helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon to attend the presentation etc).

amazing family weekend
Went to Las Vegas for a weekend with family and had a great time in this hotel. We had a room that was big enough for the entire family. This hotel is also walking distance to so many other hotels, casinos and restaurants. The room was cleaned daily and was also equipped with a kitchenette. Not to forget, the service we had during our stay was A+!

Beautiful property at a great location
we stayed here for the week with our 4 kids. it’s a great location (block away from the main strip & right across the street from Miracle Mile shops) and you don’t have to walk through a smokey casino lobby to get to your rooms.
