Hotel was average - It was clean & comfortable but needs to be updated. Enjoyed the big screen TV that can be found at the pool on the 5th floor. The hotel is close to Mall shops where reasonably priced meals, drinks & anything else that you may want can be found.More

Room tip: Avoid rooms that face the pool. Big screen TV at the pool may be distracting.

Stopover on our summer road trip.
We were on our way to Yosemite National Park and stopped here for the night. We had never been to Vegas so we wanted somewhere close to the Strip. Excellent accommodations for the price. Friendly staff, and valet parking. We were very pleasantly surprised.

great stay in vegas
My family of 6 stayed at this Marriott for 5 nights the end of July. The hotel was great, convenient, comfortable with easy access to the strip. The unit was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath with full kitchen. The room was very comfortable and with the full kitchen and washer/dryer made for a fantastic stay.

above average, room was a bit tired but very comfortable free parking was a great thing for us. Just dont go in the summer unless you like the heat.we liked the idea of the 2 pools option, one on the 5th floor and the second one on the 38th floor.

Property does NOT disappoint!
Stayed at the Grand Chateau during a business trip. Had a standard room, and it was a great stay! Let me start by saying that I am a Bonvoy Platinum... this property doesn't recognize Bonvoy status because it's a Vacation Club property. Let me tell you.. the service is so great it didn't matter that I didn't get the Bonvoy perks. For those who are Bonvoy.. you will NOT get an upgrade, nor will you get free breakfast. You will however NOT pay any resort fees (wow!) and you get free valet! Every room has a kitchenette of sorts, or a kitchen. Great for washing things. You also have access to laundry. Two pools.. a great restaurant at one of the pools.. bars.. you really can't go wrong. Everything is well kept. The Vacation Club sales people don't harass you too much, and in fact, they even offer you a great deal for your return stay.

You're close to the strip.. a two minute walk in fact. You're right across the street from the entrance to the shops at Planet Hollywood, so if you're looking for more food, more shopping, and a casino, you're right there.

Highly recommend a stay here if you'd like the action of the Vegas Strip, with the quiet of a hotel just off strip. Big bonuses are the property is non smoking and no casino!

Comfortable, quiet and convenient
We stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect!! No complaints. The location a half-block from the Strip was super convenient, and it’s walkable to some major sites nearby like Planet Hollywood, Paris, and the Bellagio.

We had a one-bedroom villa on the 16th floor, and it was affordable and spacious. The room included a full kitchen and a washer/dryer (with complimentary detergent). There was also a soaking tub in the bedroom, which was really nice to relax in. We enjoyed the full pool on the rooftop and the gorgeous views from there. The only thing that would have been the cherry on top would be restaurant options in the hotel — the marketplace was nice for little things and for convenience, but a sit down restaurant would have made it so we could stay inside when we wanted. ;)
