I have to stay somewhere very cheap so I chose this one even after reading some reviews. Well, to start with, the staff here are very nice. Prepare your own ear-plugs because it is right by a very busy road, so it is very noisy even past midnight. The rooms are ok, you get what you pay for. I think the room that I was assigned is a smoker room, so it smells.
While we're certainly glad the staff were able to make your visit memorable, we wish the room had been able to do the same. It's surprising because we work hard to make sure each room is prepared and comfortable for every single guest. Still, we appreciate the input and hope to welcome you back in again soon.

I got reservation at Hotel Galaxy in Las Vegas So, i got confirmed room for 4 People. When we arrived to check-in we were two of us. Lady checked us in and gave us a key. So i told her that another third person gonna arrive later , just gonna say confirmation number and room number and please check him in. She told thats not a problem. So when the third person arrived she told him that theres already 2 people in the room and theres no more space for him at the room (we had a room for 4PAX confirmed). So she made him pay another room at the same hotel! The person just arrived from Europe with more then 20Hrs flight and didn't have local number and wanted to rest. So he just paid another room. But the worse happened later. We all went clubbing to Hakassan night club in Vegas for Tiesto Birthday party with 150$ entrance tickets. One of us which been in the beginning with me at the moment of check-in returned to the hotel. And they didn't let him in! They said that all has to be checked-in and actually he was. And he took his ID, somehow he was not in the computer. And that was 3:30 morning!!!!! He called me back and texted me and in the club there was no coverage so i had to go out to talk. I called to the Hotel and told that the guy with me in the room and he hold the reciept with all booking details on the hand! She said to me how i can make sure that you are holder of the reservation???! So i had to contact booking to change name in reservation to let him in. But it took a long time to manage it, so the guy was feeling bad went to another hostel. Nad then i couldn't return to the club because they not allowed re-entry so i missed tiesto which is 150$ tickets. So in fact we had to pay 3 rooms instead of one, service was awful, staff is unproffetional and in the morning manager didn,t even tried to resolve the problem.
We take the safety of our guests seriously, Levoncello -- that's why we want to make sure we verify who is in what room, and if their names are not linked to the room, and we cannot confirm who they are, then we cannot give them access to a room. The pictures at the initial booking were deceiving, the place looked like a old roach motel.
I couldn't deal with the smell nor cold draft coming through the front door. I probably won't come back.

Ok have you ever heard the saying you GET WHAT YOU pay FOR!! Well this is one of those deals and false advertising this is one of thee nastiest and dirtiest hotle/ROACH MOTELS I have stayed in and I have visted quite a few hotels in my life time. The condition of the carpets WERE BEYOUND disgusting, andthe furniture in the room looked like it was picked up from the curb and used to decorate the room with body fluids, spiled drinks, hair oils and whatever else you can imagine and the sheets looked like it was bought from a whole sale flee market, thank God i brought my own sheets, the mattress was like sleeping on a box spring that sloped to the center of the bed and if you have a bad back or you are a toaster like i am be sure to bring some pain medication because you will need it. I checked out before check out time. Please PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THEY PAID FOR SOME GOOD ADVERTISING, AND SOME VERY DAMN GOOD BAIT AND SWITCH,

The worst hotel I have ever been! The room is disgusting, dirty, smells really bad, the bed very hard and the pillow is gross smelly horrible as if a homeless had slept there. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy apparently is clogged. There was an armchair that could not sit down just to see it disgust. I never go back to that hotel!
