We had a blast at Gilley's! Riding the mechanical bull to the cheers of the onlookers was a hoot. There was live music and dancing. Fun vibe altogether!

Visited on an average weekend night in the end of September. Originally told there would be a half hour wait for a table. Didn't seem that crowded but Ok we'd patronized the bar. About 50 minutes later we were seated. From there waitress service was very slow. The only person that seemed to busting was the middle aged gentlemen bus boy. He was attentive to not only keeping his area clean, but had a great attitude. Wish he could have had him for our waiter. After our service continued to drag we asked for the manager to point out our wait time. The manager finally came over and said she was going to check into our complaint. That was the last we saw of her. While food finally came out and was very good, the waitress now seemed even more distant and barely spoke. Upon leaving I found the manager. She seemed defensive and essential dismissed our two hour dinner service.
In the end, I personally handed the bus boy at tip and thanked him...simply because he seemed to be the only person during our stay that cared.

After the Bill Engvall Comedy Show, I decided to stop in and check out Gilleys for a quick drink. The prices for drinks are the usual in Vegas. It was a $10 cover and $8 for a Rum and Coke. It is a very fun place though with lots of dancing and great music. The Gilley Girls are amazing dancers and it is a truly a treat to watch them dance. It is also a great place to watch Bull Riding on a Mechanic Bull. If you like a Mechanic Bull, I would highly recommend checking it out on a Sunday since they have Bikini Bull Riding. This bar truly lived up to the hype. It didn't hurt that Bill Engvall stopped by and sang a couple of songs..

WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!!!! The meal was cold! The server rushed us although we kept buying over priced drinks and the place was EMPTY! The food lacked flavor so I asked for extra sauce and it was slammed onto the table by a bus boy. I asked for a knife to cut my "pulled pork" that was still a big chunk of unflavored cold pork. I never received it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
