Our stay was for one week, arranged as a timeshare trade through RCI. My wife and I wanted to be away from The Strip, traveling with 10 and 14 year-old daughters. It worked out quite well for us; FREE hourly shuttle transportation to/from The Strip, plus to/from Fremont Street for an evening outing. Small but very nice pool, with beautiful-looking grills (though I didn't see anyone using them). Small but clean workout room.
The timeshare sales pitch lasted much too long; consider that a couple of hours might not be worth it to you for a discount on show tickets. Not particularly hard sell, just long.
Our unit was #2009, second floor at the front of the property. Perhaps we got lucky, but noise, either from the street or from neighbors, was minimal. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, with a living room/kitchen/dining combo in between. Small patio with a table and two chairs.
The provided radio worked poorly, as the antenna was broken, so we didn't use it much. Otherwise, we found the accommodations to be comfortable, and the staff quite helpful.
All in all, we enjoyed Cliffs at Peace Canyon and would certain consider a return visit. I'd skip the sales presentation in the future.More
