“Like eating in Rome”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

This is a white table cloth, fine dining Italian restaurant. The service is unsurpassed with an entire team of staff to take care of your every need. The food is magnificent, and they have an impressive wine list. Somehow save room for desert. This is a special occasion type place because it is not cheap, but well worth the splurge.

“I always go back”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

This place is the best. Service and food are to die for. I go back each time and have now been 6 times and every time I can't wait to return. From the start to the end they wow you with service and great food. Pricey but worth every penny.

“WOW”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

What an experience. My wife and I canceled our Spago reservations to try this place before out show. Having no idea what was in store. The moment you sit down the wait staff brings over bruschetta, cheese, fried zucchini, and salami. The perfect start to an amazing course. For our appetizer we ordered the caesar salad and split it. Then for dinner we ordered the veal chop and pappardelle. Again, we split both and the wait staff handled the splitting for us. As dessert approached we were given a serving of grappa and finally to end the meal we ordered the table side tiramasu.

One of the truly interesting aspects of this restaurant is that the wait staff also finished each course out front. Very cool to watch them work, and serve. Must try!

“Excellent Service and Delicious Food”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

We dined at Il Mullino last night a restaurant we eat at frequently in New York.
from the monument you enter this restaurant you feel the lovely and charming elegance of the beautifully appointed dinning room.
The staff are abundant and the service is certainly superior to most other restaurants in Las Vegas, they really have their service to perfection.
When you sit down they bring you lovely complimentary appetizers which they also do in New York consisting of Brushetta , mushrooms, wonderful Parmesan cheese and salami, with the most wonderful array of different toasts and breads.
We ordered the Veal chop, which we thought was on the menu for 48 dollars a head, when the bill came it was 65 per head, although we did not query this, still not sure if there was a mistake.
The veal chop was a little over cooked, but still delicious, only served with a couple of pieces of potato . For our first course we shared the mushroom risotto which was nice, but not fabulous, tasted just like rice cooked in a broth, could not see or taste any mushrooms.
Deaert was nice not outstanding, I had a poached pear which was smothered in cream, and my husband had Tartuffe, whilst both were nice, they were nothing exceptional.
The service is exceptional, and it is a lovely restaurant for a special occasion.
they do have an outside patio which is lovely depending on the weather.
much easier to get a reservation here compared to New York which is impossible.

“Italian and beautiful!”
Reviewed October 15, 2013

Love the restaurant in NYC so was excited to sample the fare in Las Vegas. I was not disappointed! Service: impeccable. Table appetizers: zucchini, sopressata, bruschetta, mussels: plentiful and delicious. Main course: homemade tagliatelle bolognese: light, fresh, exquisitely tasteful! Love the atmosphere, love the service, love the food! Definitely a "special occasion" place to dine and prices reflect that. Downside: located on the 3rd floor of the ginormous Caesars palace. It took 25 minutes to find it! That's a lot of hoofing in heels!
