On our first trip to Las Vegas we stumbled upon Il Mulino. We had one of the best Italian meals anywhere. From the start they presented us with multiple tastings of cheese, salami, bread, and mussels even before we placed our order. My veal was cooked to perfection and my husband's pasta was not only delicious but plentiful. The staff is wonderful and will get you out on time if you have show tickets. We have been back several more times through the years and are never dissapointed.

Unfortunately the food here was really good. We were slapped in the face with a bill charging three of us for each soda we drank. The waiter never told us there are not free refills (seriously who doesn't give free soda refills?). I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again because of this.

Arrive hungry! You will eat lots!

My wife and I love fine dining, and are very critical when spending a lot for a dinner. il Mulino did not dissapoint. They are truly outstanding and the food was nothing short of spectacular. I would definitely go back!

We picked this restaurant based on the reviews from other travellers and we were dissappointed by the cost. We were expecting it to be somewhat pricey, but we were not able to purchase a bottle of wine under $90.00. My friend ordered the fish special - assuming it would be in the $30-$40 range, only to find out when the bill came that it was $70. Quite a shock.
The food was delicious with lots of extras that came to the table including parmesan cheese, assorted bread, bruscetta, but these additions were too much and too filling, which ruined our appetites for the main course. The rack of lamb was perfectly prepared, medium rare, but the fish course was a bit dry, and over cooked.
There are lots of restaurants in Las Vegas, so I probably won't be back to this one.

This is a fabulous Italian restaurant. You are just comfortably seated when a selection of Italian appetizers begin to be passed out. Once you do order, the food is first rate.

It is on our "must do" places for our next trip to Vegas.
