The atmosphere is inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett, who evocative songs inspire a cross-generational yearning for an island adventure. The main floor is a marina filled with boats for seating and a stage modeled after a lighthouse in the Florida Keys.

“Great View”

Get a table in the third floor balcony at night. Great view of Caesars Palace all lit up. For two people get the nachos and drinks. Trust me it is all the food you will need. Best deal in Vegas,

“Decent to good bar and grill”
Reviewed December 28, 2007

Good burgers, large portions and good drinks in a casual atmosphere. A little pricey but not by vegas standards. Check it out if you want to escape to the tropics in the middle of the desert.

“A new classic in Las Vegas”
Reviewed December 27, 2007

How you could not have fun here is beyond me.
We went at lunch and music and fun concert tailgate footage was playing on our flatscreen monitor. We asked to be seated to eat on the bow of one of the four "fishing boats" "docked" in the restaurant....and they were happy to oblige.

Whoever dreamed up the decor for the very Vegas location did a great job. Huge hump back whales and manatee are mounted over the back bar - while the front bar puts on a show at night that can not be beat for the price - FREE !

Dancers "explode" out of the volcano - erupting in "margarita".
They slide down the volcano into huge blenders - where they dance!

Come on .... - what is not to like!

The Margaritas are top shelf.
The food is good (stick to the basics and dont miss the conch fritters!) The staff and music is fun.

When there is a live band I would steer clear unless you like to party to loud rock music on the strip --- I think there is a big market for that still.

If not your kind of place - no worries you fantasy is sure to be down the street - this is Vegas after all.

This addition really makes The Flamingo happening again.
