Terrific hotel, food, service and staff including housekeeping are great. First class hotel, best in Las Vegas and I feel I am a good judge of this as I have been going to Las Vegas since the 1950's."

I stayed here at the start of June with a group of friends... 11 in total.

I love this hotel. By far the best I have stayed at in Las Vegas. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Check in and Check out was a breeze, even in a large group.

I ate at the buffet twice and both times it was excellent.

The European Pool is very good.. plenty of beer, cocktails and music - we spent most of our 5 days here... and $35 for a bucket of Coors Light is good value.

I ate at the Deli once and this too was very good...

The best part about The Wynn/Encore are the clubs... We visited Surrender on the Thursday evening and had a great time. On the Saturday we went to XS for Lil Jon.. It was the best night we've ever had. Such a good night - thanks to Bobby Yeadon for setting us up with the best table in the house. It was worth every penny.

Can't wait to to go back,

No doubt about it, Wynn is a quality hotel with great attention to detail and features. We were staying for our wedding and felt we could have been looked after a bit better, quibbling over $20 breakfast charge because the waiter told us we could have anything on the menu for example, left a sad taste.

This is a great place to stay and all the staff is friendly. Lots of things to do and shops to shop in and just so much going on. Food was excellent and definitely put on a pound or two and there's a scale in the bathroom so you can weigh yourself(which I did NOT, didn't want to know how much I gained)! :) Will have to slow down on the slots if I want to stay here again, as they definitely didn't treat me as well as the staff did. :)

Room Tip: higher floors have less noise, I slept very well.

This is a beautiful, beautiful hotel. Rooms were great, 3 phones, electronic drapery, and lighting system. The bathroom was fantastic, one of the best showers ever. Water pressure better than that at home. Great bed and all around good experience

It's my last day of an eleven night stay, and my first visit to Vegas.
As on previous reviews the room was fabulous, bed was really comfortable with high class bedding, toiletries high class, use of a wynn bath robe hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
We had a room facing the golf course and on the quiet floor, no 56 and unlike a previous guest reviewer we did not get disturbed by the nightclub.
It only happens at the weekend, so tip is come here Monday to Friday.
The staff of all I met were nothing but courteous and polite from the cleaning lady down to the pool attendants.
We had a package which included buffet breakfast.
The choice was immense and provided food from all over the world to accommodate the many nationalities.
Sometimes the queue was long but that was expected.
The only issue I had unless you a big breakfast eater, the cost of it was very expensive compared to what I ate.
But I can understand why Americans have an obese problem, if every thing is available for a price and not itemised, I saw a lot of people pile their plates as high as they could, so they got the value.
We did not treat ourselves to a dinner buffet which apparently is the best on the strip, for the very reason I am not that big an eater.
The pool area was my biggest issue.
Plenty of beds regimented side by side with centimetre in between.
Manicured gardens that were lovely BUT hardly any shade. No parasols except for the mega rich in the cabanas that apparently paid mega bucks to use.
Even the sun beds in Italy have shades on the sunbeds.
In 46 degree heat most people searched for some sort of shade which was very limited.
At about 14.25 one part of the pool became completely shaded as the sun went behind the Wynn hotel.
The pool was heated but pleasantly so, and is like that all year round. I went to enter the jacuzzi and nearly burnt my foot off as it was that hot.
The pool staff were excellent and came round with little treats on my second week of grapes, or fruit. Iced water coolers available at all times.
There is the terrace cafe by the pool, where prices were reasonable and I had a Greek salad to take away by the pool that was great.
The other issue of the pool area, was that you were allowed to have your drinks in the pool and with some very enthusiastic bathers that when chatting have to throw their arms about to prove their point, whilst their drinks in their hands would spill some of their drink in the pool, so you could have been swimming in fruit juice, margheritas, or what ever.
A general issue I have is this time of year has had a heat wave, and why you would want to bring an infant or very young children to this gruelling heat is beyond me.
Vegas is trying to make it a family friendly place to come, don't have a problem with that, but it is still a gambling city, and a seedier side of touts handing out cards for call girls etc. not a lot so far for children to do but go by a pool or visit some of the animal exhibitions at some of the hotels.
There was a couple near us every day with a young baby by the pool, where even in the shade it must have been 38 deg. They had covered their pushchair with some sort of covering but it must have been like putting a dog in a car without air conditioning., no wonder the baby slept most of the time. Totally irresponsible as far as I was concerned.
I didn't get to the Grand Canyon as I made a mistake of not booking it well in advance. But in a way glad I didn't as it was far too hot to be sitting in a coach for 5 hours and spend limited time at Hoover dam and the rim to come back another 5 hours..
Tips bring very comfortable walking shoes, and drink plenty of water, drink very little alcohol or better still none at all, as this will dehydrate you even more than you already are.
Even at night you could fry an egg on the pavement.
If I came back I would come back at a different time of year and def to the Wynn.I thought the Wynn and Encore two of the best hotels on the strip because of the position away from the centre of the strip.
The Bellagio and Caesars Palace looked amazing but I wouldn't want to stay in the razzmatazz of what surrounds them. The fountains are amazing and watched them most nights.
Another great tip, especially if you have walking difficulties, there is a bus called Deuce, which for a 3 day pass of 20$ goes from the Mandalay Bay hotel right through to Fremont street in Downtown. You can hop on or hop off as much as you want even if it's one stop. The strip is a very gruelling place with hundreds of people and one hotel frontage can take up a hell of a long way. Best 20$ I have spent.
Getting across the roads is a nightmare as well. Some parts are 4 lanes each way and do not recommend crossing unless the sign tells you.
All in all had a great time.

Fantastic experience at the Wynn.

Loved the rooms and especially the bathrooms. Staff was very pleasant and courteous in general.

Restaurants were the major plus as we had an incredible meal everywhere we ate at the Hotel.

Definitely coming back here, definitely eating here and getting fat for sure!!!

Only negatives were the smoke in the casino wasnt too too pleasant; also wasnt impressed by the fact that if you want to sit next to the pool you have to pay for ordinary loungers...

Would also be nice to have a lower minimum black jack table for when you dont want to gamble that much at any one time.

A bit too mercenary...
