“The Wynn Las Vegas is the ONLY place for us.”

Their attention to every detail, every corner of their facility is unsurpassed in Vegas. No worn corners or tired looking decor. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always a welcome retreat. We want to stay in a quality hotel when we travel, and in Las Vegas, for us it is the Wynn.

Room Tip: The hotel is lovely, and the rooms are very nice. We enjoy staying on the strip side, of course for...

The Wynn is an exceptional value hotel. Comfortable, well staffed by people ready and willing to make your stay perfect. The spa facility is a bargain at $40 daily rate with available coffee, juices, fruits and Jacuzzis, steam and sauna and a wide variety of massage therapies. The Wynn and neighboring Encore offer superb restaurants that cover every possible yearning. Don't miss Andreas for Asian fusion!! Leaving the property becomes moot. Why bother. We won't stay anywhere else in Las Vegas.

Room Tip: We upgraded for a slight fee to a room overlooking the Wynn golf course. From our 57th floor window...

From arrival/check-in we experienced that all of the Wynn's personnel were willing to please - from a private dinner held in the SW Steakhouse overlooking the Lake of Dreams to our breakfast experience at the Terrace Pointe Cafe, we found that both experiences were highlights of our trip. The attention given to the condition of our room, and the bell desk's handling of our luggage made out trip worry free. The casino area personnel were very accommodating to any of our needs, and we found all of the hotel personnel & staff to be very considerate. We were made to feel special and all of our concerns were addressed immediately. We had a lovely experience and plan to return in the future.

February 9-12- I received an email promotion that we took advantage of as airfare was quite reasonable for the same time. We were hoping that Tower Suites would be available as an upsell by asking when we checked in. We had been offered the upsell the last time so we were not sure how the whole thing worked.

When checking in we asked if Tower Suite rooms were available and there were, so far so good! Taking into account what we were paying for a regular Wynn room (by no means a bad room!) and adding the upsell we decided it was worth it. We tend to spend time in the room so this is what's important to us. The room was available at that time (1pm) which was nice so off we go to our second Parlor Suite!

There appears to be only two Parlor Suites per floor and they are at the end of the hallway (I looked at the escape diagram on the back of the door) The big suites (2 per side) are in the middle and the regular Tower Suite rooms in between. There was an connecting door in our suite to a regular suite to make it a two bedroom Parlor Suite. May try this when we bring our daughter for her 21st! I did a detailed review of the room the last time, all details are the same and the rooms still look like they do online.

When the bellman brought our luggage, he also brought ice. When you have to find the ice yourself it can be challenging as you walk towards Wynn and go through the closed door at the end of the hallway (bring your room key since you will need it to get past the closed door!) then when you see the elevators, turn right and at the end of that hall is where the ice machine is.

The bellman did a quick overview for Tower Suite guests and we learned if there is a line at The Buffet or Terrace Pointe Café, you can go in the "invited guests" line and get seated right away. Did not test this out though... We were told when we checked in (since no resort fee, no WIFI) but to sign in and agree to pay and the charge would be adjusted. It was not when we checked out but was adjusted when we mentioned what were told.

We had lunch at Country Club, dinner at Bartolotta, breakfast at Terrace Pointe Café and take out dinner from Zoozacrackers. All menus and pricing can be found on Wynn's website. Reading and printing menus is my favorite part of planning a trip!

We loved the private entrance since we took taxis several taxis. My husband always tipped the Bellman that called up the taxi, so if you are so inclined bring small bills. That same area is gorgeous at night and worth a trip out there just to see.

As usual the resort is top notch with beautiful grounds inside and out, Casino area is clean, I never saw as much as a dirty ashtray laying around. Wine was always chilled and served by polite cocktail servers. All Wynn staff we encountered were pleasant and had very good customer service skills. This is our fourth stay at Wynn/Encore and our fifth will definitely we here as well.

Room Tip: If you've had strip views in the past try a golf course view, it is absolutely gorgeous!

Everything is wonderful at the Wynn including their commitment to your comfort. We had a coupon for a reduced fee and expected to have a lesser room selection and did but the desk clerk went to some effort to improve our room so we had a great view which was very nice of her. We used the pool and hot tub where there were plenty of towels and people to bring drinks. We went to the buffet for an early dinner which was delicious but we did have to wait at least 15 minuets for seating and there was not a line. We used the Lakeside Bar for a late afternoon cocktail which was delicious. Our favorite is breakfast room service. It is hard to find coffee and food for breakfast for easterners with the time change so room service solved that problem. The only negatives are the "Resort Fee". I would feel much better with a more honest cost than tacked on Resort Fees. Also, there is a shortage of quick or casual food service. We don't want every meal to be an elaborate sit down dinner.

You get what you pay for. It was worth the money. Highly recommended hotel......the shops are great and the restaurants are excellent. It's wasn't to loud and busy with people. We were pampered from the first day of the stay to the check out day...........

We have stayed at the Wynn many times over the last 5 years and are always impressed. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully decorated.

The casino is the cleanest in town. It seems like there is a small army of staff walking around straightening up and cleaning the machines. There is a fair selection of slot machines and they are not all jammed up next to each other. I think it is the least cluttered slot floor in town. The ceilings are high and there is very little smoke smell. We only play the slots so I cannot comment on the table games.

The drink service deserves a paragraph of its own. The cocktail waitresses come by frequently and are as friendly as they come. I have yet to hear them say they can not get what we have requested. Everything is always top quality and delicious. Even the fruit in the drinks are perfect. From cherries to lime slices they never disappoint. The hot chocolate with whipped cream is the best I have had anywhere.

The staff is first rate from the serving staff at the Buffet to the security staff by the elevators.

We have stayed at many of the better Strip hotels but the Wynn is by far our favorite.
