This hotel is breathtaking. The extensive mosaics in main area floors, to the thousands of flowers everywhere, to the Murano glass. It is gorgeous and makes for incredible pictures. The pool area is huge and lush, also my favourite in Vegas by far. Our room was stunning and spacious. We were on the 55 th floor resort elevator with a spectacular view. The decorating is tasteful with creams and whites. This is my favourite so far in Vegas with the nicest casino. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other hotels, definitely worth it!
A compliant I have is there is not enough service in the casino by slots, and then once in an hour a server just whizzes by you. They don't walk by saying 'drinks?' as they should by slots, and many were not friendly enough.. This became very annoying and I had to keep tracking them down. Some casino floor supervisors were helpful, some were not. I heard the excuse 'they are on a shift change' a couple time which is ridiculous. Tip: once you find one keep ordering another as she brings you a drink as it can take a while for her to return, or she may not return at all. Service was much better at the tables.
When we had beeakfast at the terrace overlooking pool my husband had a very long hair baked right into his pancake. They took his breakfast off the bill but should have done more since we both lost our appetites. WEAR HAIR NETS PLEASE!
Also, when I went to buy sunscreen in their store, they didn't carry any other brand but their own, and they charged $31 for a small bottle. Shameful money grab.
Finally, as I was walking up to a concierge he waved me aside without saying anything and took some young girls that came from several meters behind me. It was so rude and he may have forgotten this isn't a nightclub line up. Luckily his colleague next to him quickly asked if he could help me. This alone set a bad tone for the hotel on day 1.
I filled out a survey online they sent noting these problems but I feel like I wasted my time since no one has contacted me ever.

Room Tip: 5547 was wonderful.

I've stayed at quite a few of the hotels in Vegas but this was without a doubt the best. Every single staff member was attentive and said hello, no matter where you traveled in the resort and the resort is huge! Great food at the in-house restaurants... even in the small delis. The shops are top notch and expensive, but fun to visit and there's even a Ferrari / Maserati dealership and museum on site. Loved it and won't be staying anywhere else on my return.

This hotel is a wonderful place, with excellent service at all bars and dining area's. The Sportsbook is a wonderful place with plenty of game action. The hotel is close to many major hotels and restaurants as well as shopping. 5-star for sure!

Room Tip: very long hallways, I always ask for a room near the elevator.

The Wynn Las Vegas is a superior hotel. I have stayed at several other locations on the strip and none can even come close to comparing to this hotel. You will pay more money but the service from the staff is absolutely exceptional. We cannot afford to shop at many of the stores that are in the Wynn, however, the Fashion Show Mall was directly across the street, there is even a walkway to connect. My only issue is that I wish the Wynn was more centrally located but that wasn't too big of a deal. When you go to Vegas you have to expect that you will walk a lot!!!

We loved Wynn. Hands down the best in Vegas.

STAFF: Every employee we came into contact with was professional, pleasant, and helpful---front desk staff, bartenders, restaurant wait staff, pool servers, maintenance man, security officer, valet staff, and maid service. We have never experienced such seamless customer service at a large property like this. Wynn is obviously doing a great job in their hiring department -- every employee has a "How can I make your stay more enjoyable?" attitude. Very impressive.

ROOMS: Beautiful, spotless, and a luxurious feel. Our only complaint during our entire stay was the bed---not as comfortable as we would expect. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love it---though we prefer a more pillowy bed.

POOL: We visited the main pool and it was very clean and relaxing. The servers were fantastic, and the water temperature was perfect. Terrace Pointe Cafe (poolside) was delicious.

DINING: One of the reasons we chose Wynn was for the vegan dining options, and we were not disappointed. It's so nice to see menus extended like this. Every meal we had was onsite at the hotel, and we were very pleased with the quality and options. Highlights: vegan sushi at Wazuzu, tempeh sandwich at Terrace Pointe Cafe, veggie pizza with soy cheese at Allegro, and chicken Gardein at Botero -- all were INCREDIBLE!

Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we'll be back!

Its a wonderful place full of luxury details that make your stay very special, the rooms are quite spacious, bed are super confortable, and almost all rooms have this great view, they have a lot of restaurants and one of them is next to this artificial lake where You can have a lovely romantic dinner, they present a show every night on the lake which is just fantastic.

There is so many great things about this hotel that is hard to me to describe all of them here.

If You goning to spend a time in Vegas its totally worthy to spend a few more dolars and stay in here, its a great experience indeed
