“Good Variety”
Reviewed March 18, 2014

I always enjoy going to this buffet while in Vegas. The price is reasonable compared to all of the other buffets in the area and there is a wide variety of food choices to try out and eat. I also LOVE the salad here. I never leave with an empty stomach. You should at least try it once!

“Do the buffet before "Love" show.”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

The food, overall, was average. Crab legs were flavorless. Prime rib was very good. Sampled other offerings and they were, eh, ok. However, included in your meal is unlimited beer and wine. You have to get up from your table to get the drinks, but not a problem. If you want to get a cheap buzz on, before the Cirque show, it's perfect. Good food and free booze! Hard to beat!!

“Great Salad”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

I guess everyone going to Vegas ends up at a buffet where they overeat on bland, middle of the road food. Why? Because it is easy, accessible, and the hotels offer discounts. If you are staying at the Mirage then, go ahead and try this one but don't expect great food.

The freshly made salads are the exception. With so many choices and freshly made for each person the salad if the way to go. I did try a slice of rib roast which was flavorful, not too fatty, and perfectly cooked. The rest of the food was average or below. But, you sure do have lots of choices!

There were several dessert choices and all looked similar to every other buffet where they look pretty but taste bland or flavorless. A better option would be the gelato which was pretty good.

Recently the Mirage has added a few beers and wines as complimentary to the buffet.

All in all even if you pay for it the salad ends up being a great lunch at a typical Vegas price but save your calories for a better dinner!

“Variety but bland”
Reviewed March 15, 2014 via mobile

Cravings variety was immense. And I'm sure most people would love the offerings...however ... my family loves ethnic food more than traditional offerings. The spicy salmon hand roll was not spicy and the amount of salmon...paltry. The wakame salad tasted like tap water. We loved the fresh fruit and cheese offerings. The ceviche was good and the apple butternut squash soup was yummy. Did we each eat and drink 34 bucks worth of food?? No.
