Verandah at The Four Seasons Las Vegas is hidden a little off the pathway of Mandalay Bay. Verandah always gives a stellar performance when it comes to Sunday Buffet Brunch however, there really is so much more to this little bar/restaurant. The staff is personable, attentive and extremely creative when it comes to making a unique cocktail. The Four Seasons aims to please and in Las Vegas they never disappoint. Check out the different fresh juice of the day for breakfast or pop in towards happy hour to try some seasonal bites.

I had to spend one evening there on my own and they really looked after me. We also had a lunch and dinner there, the salmon dinner was divine.

We ate indoors and ordered from the dinner menu. We ordered from the pre-fixe at $45. You chose an appetizer, main & dessert.
Antonio, the head chef, is an amazing food artist and we left completely satisfied. He is so gracious, Antonio, that he even took the time to come out and meet us.
I will eat here as long as Antonio is still the head chef!

A dear friend and I spent the most wonderful, long and delicious evening dining on the patio -- warmed by the heat tower and lovely ambiance. Quiet enough for fine conversation and comfortable seating to make the time fly (and a long visit possible with discomfort.) Service is excellent and the quality of the food is outstanding. No disappointments, only kudos!

I've dined at Verandah three times, once on business and twice meeting friends. When guests are staying here they are reluctant to leave the quiet of the Four Seasons and venture out just a few steps to the much better restaurants as close as the attached Mandalay Bay.
This is a café, disguised as a great restaurant because it is in the Four Seasons. I've been to countless other cafes in hotels that exceed this in all areas. The only time we had great service was when dining with a big tipper who they knew the moment he walked in. Otherwise I've had to sit outside in the heat waiting ten minutes just for a menu or someone to offer a drink. The wait staff is badly in need of etiquette and menu information training. Water glasses were never refilled, another glass of wine was never offered and used plates sat there even though they were moved to the side throughout the meal. The food is nothing special. There is so much fabulous food in every category imaginable in Las Vegas, why waste it on just okay?
The room inside is typical, tables outside pick up the loud waterfall noise that supposedly is meant to drown out the obnoxious sounds coming from the Mandalay Bay pool next door.
If you are starving and don't have the energy for a ten minute walk to a better restaurant, this will do, but just because it's part of the Four Seasons doesn't make it Four Season material.
