“Used to be Better”
Reviewed November 26, 2006

Ate here Friday, 11/17 evening. Before Harrah's took over, the shrimp were peeled and the crab legs were already split open. That made it special, quick and enjoyable. Now you crack your own crab legs and peel your own shrimp, just like any other buffet in any other town. The price also went up, but not significantly. Food was still good, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was always a must stop place for me in the past 10 years, and usually more than once per trip. Not anymore. Nothing special to draw me in.

“Not bad not great”
Reviewed August 18, 2006

Went there two times! The first time it was a monday at some items seemed to be left overs from the weekend. The second time was tuesday and the food seemed better.Overall I would say that for the price ( 35$ for lunch for two person with tips ) it's a good deal.If you're in the area why not?But not worth a big walk.

“worst breakfast”
Reviewed July 7, 2006

Having eaten at many buffets, I have to rate this as one of the worst. The omlet station was super slow. The rest of the food was mediocre at best (most was only luke warm). There was an egg and tomato dish that was not even edible. The breakfast buffet at Harrah's was far far superior.

“Good Buffet”
Reviewed May 7, 2006

The food over all was good. You can’t beat the price. $12.95 (breakfast buffet price) gets you access to the omelet station (which was excellent) and a variety of other things (french toast, waffles, cereal, breakfast meats, scrambled eggs and so forth). $12.95 usually gets you just the omelet at other restaurants.

Lunch had some more variety – salads, deli meats, chicken and beef, pasta, sauces and seafood, and desserts (cost a bit more $17-$18). There was more but I can remember it all.

They could do a better job with labeling the food stations since there are those of us with food allergies.

All is all I found that the service was adequate for the price and venue. It’s a great, safe and economical choice.

It is what it is – a good buffet with good choices for the traveler on a budget.

“Great food, good price”
Reviewed April 30, 2006

With the outrageous prices of buffets in town, we ate here twice. For $18 we had tons of fried shrimp, cold huge shrimp, crab legs, sushi, prime rib & fantastic pasta. They have an Asian station, Italian station, Mexican, and tons of salads and desserts. Plus, many soups that were delicious . Loved their cannoli and cheesecake. They had bananas foster, homemade ice creams they dipped for you, and tons of pastries and pies. It wasn't as big as Paris or Rio, but very good food, no waiting in line, and prompt service. Food is better than Red Lobster quality for seafood. Loved it and can't wait to return. Can't beat the price!
