“A weekend to remember!”

My friend, Patrick, helped me book this place. It is a diamond, i enjoyed myself. The rooms were clean and pristine. The customer service was on point. I used the concierge there which is Expedia Local. They got me the dream Lights and Sights strip tour. The restaurant recommend was awesome. Everything was absolutely lovely. Don't forget to stop at the bar for an Adult Milk Shake. This place is non-smoking and non-gaming. We were away from all the hype but close enough to get to the heart of everything. They sent us strawberries with little tuxedos to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was phenomenal. The rate was great and the Envy Steakhouse has tasty breakfast.

Room Tip: Get with the front desk for anything you need and do not forget to stop by the concierge desk, they...

Second time staying here and will return again in the future. No casino and that is a positive for us as we like to 'get away' from the crowds when finished with the strip. Not a very active place, but nice and quiet. Nice exercise room, small pool. Valet/self parking included. It is across the street from theconvention center and Near Wynn/Encore (we could easily see from our room). Close to the strip and nice clean rooms. Had breakfast at the Envy steakhouse several days and it was excellent food. No 'resort fees' also a plus. WiFi is extra charge (12.95/day).

Room Tip: Choose higher room and ask for west facing view (you will get a view of the strip)

Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent stay. We are disappointed to learn that your experience was less than positive. Each of our rooms are inspected prior to guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness and that all is in working order. From the condition you stated your room was in, we failed in this instance. In addition, we are sorry for the lack of communication of the change in service in the Club Lounge. Since we understand how important water is around the clock in the desert, we now offer for water to be delivered to your room through room service.

We appreciate feedback such as yours as it presents opportunities for improvement. We hope that you will afford us the opportunity to regain your confidence in the future.

I travel quite a bit for business. I appreciated this hotel being off the strip and having no gambling. However, the room was filthy. Every surface on the furniture had stains. The rug did not looked vaccumed and their were stray hairs on the pillows upon arrival. The room was missing an ironing board and had no full lenght mirror.
The concierge lounge didnt have water to give out. You have to get it from the front desk.
The gift shop/store was closed at 8:30 at night. I had to walk down the street (not recommended) to go to a quick mart to get things that should have been accessable at the store.

I have stayed here 3 times, and I guess the 3rd time is the charm.

The service is very good, and the workers always remember your name, and greet you with a smile. I am a marriott's silver member and I always get drink coupons to use at the restaurant bar. Yes I use the coupons, and Yes the drinks are yummy.

The fitness center is very nice and is free. The equiptment is top notch and you can even shower get some fresh fruit and juice after your workout. So many properties are charging extra for the fitness center, so it is a plus to be able to get this amenity comped.

The room is on the small side, but it is neat and clean. I noticed some stains in the hallway this past trip but it wasn't overwhelming. The executive level did not have the usual breakfast and appetizers due to the fact that the room was under construction. What are you gonna do, I can't say that it is the hotels fault, as such, I will not make an issue. The lobby however was still tidy and the bellhop and valet guys are still very nice.

The food at the restaurant is pretty good. However I only eat items like the flatbreads and appetizers. The food is a la carte so your bill will increase quickly if you order several items.

I dont always stay here but I will again one day down the road.

Room Tip: Ask for a view facing the golf course or the city!

Service was outstanding from the time that we walked into the hotel. The bellhop was there ready to open the door for us and take our bags. The employees at the front desk (Checkin) were very helpful, friendly and accomodating, especially S.C. who was always there to courteously answer all our questions and concerns with a great positive attitude. The pool area was truly awesome with a sparkling clean pool and very warm relaxing jacuzzi which featured a different movie flick projected above the pool during the hot summer nights. The Ego Cafe offered hard to find "C Monsters" and great tasting bagels n lox and croissants. For those into upscale dinning, the seabass served with asparagus and mushrooms was very good at the Envy's restaurant. If you are fortunate enough to have reached Marriott's Gold Status, welcome to the outstanding breakfast buffet (BagelsnLox,Pastries,Eggs,Fresh Fruit,Juices,Sodas & Coffee) offered up on the 15th floor Club Lounge. The rooms were very comfortable with very good beds, pillows, air-conditioning systems, and widescreen televisions. Eventhough it is off the beaten path of the strip, the hotel was conveniently located about a 1/3 of a block away from the monorail which will take you just about anywhere you need to go. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat and look forward to that future day!

Room Tip: The rooms facing the monorail seem to give you a great night-time view of the stratosphere and Vegas...

When I got my itinerary for a meeting in Las Vegas and I checked this hotel on-line and thought to myself that was not a very good location. Arriving in Vegas, I was absolutely sure that the location was bad. I would have rather stayed at The Strip where you can find awesome hotels at similar prices. The hotel is fine as one would expect from a Renaissance. Staff is very helpful. The room was clean but in need of renovation. Curtains were hard to move and the shower glass door was broke and left always open. The pool is pathetic for Las Vegas standards.

I've been staying at the Renaissance in Las Vegas for the last 4 years and love it. Perfect for when I attend conventions as it is fully accomedating to my needs. Recently I stayed and they were showing old movies by the pool. So its not just for business folks like myself. I highly recommend staying when you or your family come to Las Vegas. It is clean and the staff is extremly helpful.
