Description: Named after a form of fun and fast-paced Brazilian dancing, Samba Steakhouse is just as refreshingly exciting, offering an intense amount of meats and wild portions of sides and salads unmatched by American steakhouses. You can feast Rodizio with never-ending meat selections, File de Salmao which is salmon atop banana puree, and more mouthwatering selections in the surroundings of giant leaves and colorful designs reminiscent of the Brazilian rainforest. Whether it's a family dinner or a big party, Samba is the most popular Mirage restaurant for group dining. Everyone can enjoy a buffet of familiar Latin American cuisine made with bold new flavors and served straight to your plate.

We were extremely impressed with the food, service and price at Samba's Brazilian Steakhouse. We will definitely go again. We have eaten at many high-end Las Vegas steakhouses & the only difference was that we paid more at other restaurants. As well, Samba provides many side dishes as part of a fulfilling meal, at no extra cost. We compare Sambas to our last steakhouse experience at MGM Grand & give 5 stars to Sambas & 2 to the other restaurant. Keep up the excellent food, service & prices & we will continue to recommend and return. We look forward to returning to Sambas on our next trip to Las Vegas. Thank you."

There are better Brazillean steak houses. Although there was lots of food, it just wasn't that great. The flank steak was tough, and the pork was dry. Good flavor to the garlic chicken and the side of candied bananas was good. Overall it was loud and a bit cramped, but I expected this on the casino floor. I don't recommend a special trip here.

If you like Brazilian-styled lots of meat off the skewer, then you'll probably like this place. The food is not bad, there is plenty of it, and yes, it's expensive. The worst part of this restaurant is the location. It is essentially inside the casino, and tons of people walk right by the place on their way to/from their rooms. The tables are pretty close to each other which just adds to the crowded, noisy feel.

The service was fine.

If you want to go here, then I would suggest going on what would be a slow night in the casino.

The cuts were fine, mojitos good, appetizers fairly priced, but nothing to write home about. I would somewhere with better value, but the service was pretty good
