We had a party of 6 here on a Sunday night .. Great service, great food and drink. The area we were seated in allowed a little dancing in the aisles, gave us a tremendous view of the city and allowed our group a bit of privacy. I was very impressed with the appetizer menu and the quality of the wines. I would highly recommend this bar as a place to entertain small groups.

With brilliant views, especially as the sun goes down, Stratosphere gives a new dimension to your visit to Las Vegas. The service was really nice, with good suggestions, and friendly people. The food was truly sublime, and I can say this is my best dinner out ever (so far). After dinner, visit the observation deck.

Went for meal for a friends birthday, food was lovely and our waitress was very nice and professional. However I didn't think much of the front desk, they were late seating us even though it had been booked long in advance and they were not accommodating or considerate.

- requested window seat three days in advance to be sat in a booth at back of restaurant, whilst a couple who walked in before us were seated at a window seat when I asked why she said its first come first served? Surely your bookings should be a priority?
- starter of prawn cocktail took 40 minutes? Our server apologised twice for our wait so clearly knew himself there was a timing issue
- I ordered the confit duck the leg came out cooked but the breast was what sealed frozen in the middle. I sent this dish back to the kitchen whilst my partner finished his meal it then came back tough as old boots and clearly has been microwaved

Our server was probably the only good thing about this experience, when asked to speak to a manger the manager on duty basically made me out to be wrong with both situations- whatever happened to the customer is always right? If a window seat is only available on request your bookings should come first and I think you should brief your front of house staff correctly in this matter to save any confusion in future
We were offered a free drink in the lounge which we declined taking off the raw/microwaved duck would have sufficed as it was completely inedible.

was there in last october for the Halloween and did not get a good service or food and the quility of the food was not compered to the price. when I asked the waiter for a another stake because it was way overcooked I got a stare like the waiter didin´t care about my complain. then when I got the second stake it was cold and bad so I stopped bother and we paid our bill and left.
