My partner and I had the a la carte menu and it was delicious. The steak was one of the best I have had and the fish was fabulous, well worth the money. I had a lovely mango cocktail that I would recommend! Our waiter was very snooty which was a shame as it was the only fault with the restraunt, I earn a fair wage and treat people equally so I dont appreciate stuck up waiters and he was lucky to get a 15% gratuity.
The rotating feeling is very strange but most enjoyable and I think its certainly one of the best views in vegas!!

Sitting on the 107th floor of the Stratosphere is exciting enough with the amazing views of the Vegas strip and surrounding countryside, but adding a great meal and the fact that the restaurant spins 360 degrees to allow for a full view is a bonus. Our food was very good and was reasonably priced for a late lunch. The price is really irrelevant because you are paying for the view and it is worth every penny. The only problem we encountered was the wait staff was very slow and we actually had to go find them to get our bill. We were there off season so we assumed they were understaffed. It did not degrade our experience though as we were not in a rush and it allowed us to experience the entire 360 degree trip around the restaurant.

We booked a table online while still in the UK as was recommended by friends. We booked for 7pm so we would see the sun setting as the restaurant turned which was perfect.

On arrival at 6.45 our table wasn't ready so we were shown to the cocktail bar on the floor above the restaurant. It turned out this was actually a mezzanine level overlooking the restaurant so had the same incredible views - good start. Our pager went off at 7pm on the dot and we went downstairs to our table which was right at the window. There's no bad table in this place though. The tables which are one row back are on a slightly higher level and angled so all seats face outward to the view so you don't have to look for a a window seat really.

Food was beautiful and I found the setting quite romantic. The bloke at the table behind us got down on one knee during the meal so I wasn't the only one! We had 2 mains and a desert between us. Portions were huge and bill was $145. Hubby had surf n quack which was steak and duck, and I had Chicken Breast filled with Three Cheese Fondue, with balsamic essence, and risotto black garlic cake. I had crème brulee for desert. In all were were there for around 2 hours.

he idea had been to do the rollercoasters on top after dinner but we were too full so had to go back and do that another day!

You come here for the view but you get the bonus of exceptional service and pretty good food. The down-side is the price tag. However, the running costs of a place like this must be incredible so I didn't feel shafted by the price.
You need to book and, as others have said, it's a place to see and be seen. I would get here at least thirty minutes before dusk and then revolve 360 a couple of times while Vegas changes before your very eyes. They even warn you about the "jumpers" outside the window - bungee not suicide!
All our servers were exceptional and we had no complaints with the food. Cocktails were good but the wine was probably overpriced for what it was.
You may prefer to take a cab to get here as it's not in the most salubrious of areas. And certainly don't even think about walking from here to Fremont Street! The number of bail bond offices along the route will give you a good clue why not!
For a really special occasion in Vegas - this has got to be the place.
