Seated within 10 minutes on a busy Friday Evening.
Unusually, for a Cheesecake factory, the mashed potato arrived, not cold, but not as hot as it should have been. The server detected my dismay and wanted to return the dish to the kitchen. i didn't want to do that, we'd waited a bit longer than usual for the main course to arrive (which is why I suspect the potato was cool). Anyway, shortly after the server turned up with a big bowl of piping hot mashed potato - she said she'd heard me say no - but she'd also herd that I wasn't happy - and she didn't want a guest to be unhappy. So that was that. Rest of the meal was good - which is what we go to Cheesecake for, would have preferred it if all of the meal had been ok, first time, but hey the server put it right as best she could and, importantly, didn't blame anyone else while she was doing it, even though it wasn't her fault. So, would we go again? Yes?
