Seated within 10 minutes on a busy Friday Evening.
Unusually, for a Cheesecake factory, the mashed potato arrived, not cold, but not as hot as it should have been. The server detected my dismay and wanted to return the dish to the kitchen. i didn't want to do that, we'd waited a bit longer than usual for the main course to arrive (which is why I suspect the potato was cool). Anyway, shortly after the server turned up with a big bowl of piping hot mashed potato - she said she'd heard me say no - but she'd also herd that I wasn't happy - and she didn't want a guest to be unhappy. So that was that. Rest of the meal was good - which is what we go to Cheesecake for, would have preferred it if all of the meal had been ok, first time, but hey the server put it right as best she could and, importantly, didn't blame anyone else while she was doing it, even though it wasn't her fault. So, would we go again? Yes?

That says it all - they're cheesecake is really yummy. They're salads are excellent and very ample. The main courses are always good, depending on what you personally like - for me it's chicken. Service is good - noise level is high - if you sit near the windows - you can hear your guests/partner much better. Worth going to.

The great thing about visiting a Cheesecake Factory is that you can depend on getting quality food. The food and the service was great at this location.

I tried the checken quesadilla, blue cheese burger & baja chicken tacos and they all tasted bad. Note to self if the place calls itself the Cheesen't Cake Factory then u should try the rest of the menu.

After having reservations that we had for over a month canceled without notice, our party of 7 still needed to eat so we headed to Cheesecake Factory. Lucky for us, we walked in and were able to be seated immediately. Our server, Jessica, was very good, and was quick with the refills.

But there were a few negatives as well. First, our food was very slow in coming out of the kitchen. And only one plate was served! Six people are looking at one person who has food! And the strange part was, that another person had also ordered the same thing! Why wasn't more than one dish brought out to a table of 7? My order of fish and chips was a huge disappointment to me. 4 tiny finger-sized pieces of fish, the smallest lemon wedge I've ever seen, lukewarm fries, large bowl of coleslaw and not even enough tartar sauce for the mini fish pieces! All for the grand price of $16.95!!! You have got to be kidding! For $12 or less you can get a huge burger or chicken sandwich! One person did not care for the meatloaf and a few to-go boxes were taken home. Speaking of to-go boxes - they are too small and the person bringing them to the table did not take into consideration what was being taken. Definitely need larger to-go boxes. And the lighting was extremely low, making it difficult to read the menus.

A nice gesture was to bring out a birthday treat for the birthday girl with some more to share with the rest of us. We like Cheesecake Factory. This was our first time at this location. We have also been to GVR and Caesars locations in the past.
