Le Provencal was a great place to have lunch while walking thru Paris Hotel and Casino. One of us had Escargot. It was tasty, but could have used a tad more garlic butter. The burgers were large and tasty! There was a nice choice of burgers, with a variety of toppings which come on a tasty bun.

This was always our favorite buffet in Vegas, yet this year the food was not prepared well -- very salty, overcooked, tough prime rib -- the list goes on. Only the crepes were good -- very sad. We won't return.

We had dinner here late one night when we missed out on buffet at le village due to our south rim bus coming in late.

The bad: hostess chastised us for waiting on what looked to be the line but three stupid chicks stood there blocking view and a couple just walked right in with the hostess saying nothing to them.

It would have been nice if they had a sign indicating that waiting should be done to the side. On an even more pretentious level, the restaurant was pretty empty!

Service was friendly but absentminded. Server was more attentive than waitress. We opted for pasta and eggplant /garlic bread to start.

Pasta was great with flavor and served al dente with a lot of seafood. Eggplant was great as I usually hate to eat that. Garlic bread was great but overkill since they give you bread anyway with olive oil and vinegar.

Overall, food was good but not for the lassez faire attitude of the staff.

We ate breakfast here our last day - loved the omelettes - and I had a chocolate croissant that was amazing! My wife loved it too! Excellent to stroll down and have a little french cafe in the building!
