“Enjoyable Dinner”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

We picked the perfect time to have dinner here. I love Asian cuisine. These folks are definitely in the top 5 of our favorites. We chose one of the family meals. The food was fresh, served at the perfect temperature and the waitstaff was exceptional. A truly delightful experience and they are now one of our regular stops while in Las Vegas!

“Great food, small menu BEWARE ON WEEKENDS”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

We have been going to Las Vegas for 20 years and have been looking for a good, basic chinese restaurant and finally found it. We liked it so much that we went back a second time during our trip. Our first trip was on a weekday and the restaurant was quiet and we had a great meal. They call lo mein chow mein so if you are looking for chinese spaghetti, they call it chow mein. Fried rice was good. Chicken was well prepared and vegetables were crisp. So, it was a very nice meal.

Unfortunately, when we went back we did on a Friday. The restaurant is in the Monte Carlo casino, hotel. Some of the tables are at the edge of the casino. We came with our 6 month old and our 4 year old. On weekends, the Monte Carlo casino has table dancers in the casino. So, you can imagine our shock when our 4 year old starts talking about the dancers and we turn around and it's basically a woman on a table doing a strip dance. Not exactly the best atmosphere for a family.

So, if you go, either sit in the back, go on a weekday or make sure it's a bachelor party!

“Good value, good food.”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

I do like this restaurant. It's not very classy or exciting but it makes some excellent food and the prices are very good for Vegas. The salt and pepper Calamari is one of the best calamari plates anywhere and I'd go back just for that. The Chicken and Steak main courses are so much better than when I first visited years ago and shows a real improvement of quality. The chow mein was also very good and better than many upscale Chinese restaurants. Only problem was an argument over the bill where the management seemed to lose their manners. This aside I will return because this is a very good value place to eat and the food is most enjoyable.

“The best Chow Mein I have had!”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

This was a great find inside Monte Carlo, we decided to go for dinner when visiting Las Vegas. The service was very efficient,we had the pork spring rolls to start which were perfectly cooked and very fresh. For main course we shared a chicken chow Mein and fried rice. The portion sizes were big as mentioned by the very helpful waitress who kindly talked us out of ordering way more than we needed. The chow Mein and rice was very fresh and the sauce used was amazing, by far the nicest Chinese food I have had. The prices compared with the rest of the strip was very reasonable. Would highly recommend anyone to eat here.
