This restaurant quickly became my favorite in all of Vegas when my husband I chose it to celebrate our anniversary in March. We both enjoyed the tasting menu. We were welcomed with an amouse bouche of a fois gras mouse topped with passion fruit foam.... the flavors just exploded in my mouth! It was heavenly! Our pre-dessert was a citrus sorbet topped with pop rocks! Our service was exceptional! There is a reason this place has been here for so long and it shows!! I love the intimate setting of the smaller dining room as well. Everything from beginning to end was superb!
