Wonderful Sunday Brunch. Quiet, refined ( you can actually hear eachother speak- something unusual in Vegas). Exotic menu with an asian flair. Pricey, but worth it for a special occasion. I wouldnt bring small children unless they are well behaved!

We went there before a show and had the prix fixe menu. The food was mostly excellent, but the service not so - while the staff was friendly, the food came out so slowly that we almost missed our show. We were told the kitchen forgot an order. For the prices they charge, this was a disappointment. On the positive side, the staff did take us after dinner to the front of the taxi line so we could make our show, and the setting was beautiful, with great views of the Bellagio fountains.

We went specifically for the Peking duck and it was reasonably good. Like sushi, once one has had the real thing (peking duck in Beijing), one tends to become a snob once served elsewhere. The duck is carved at the table (waitress could have done a better job getting the diners interested in the carving experience) and served with pancakes, sliced cucumbers and hoisin sauce. The remainder is prepared with stir fired noodles later. As it was our anniversary, they gave us a pack of cookies/ sweets. Excellent view of the Bellagio fountains; the dining room evokes a turn of the century (20th) colonial shanghai feel. Note opening hours and dress code. Reservations needed.

If you are wondering if the Sunday brunch is worth the price tag - the answer is absolutely! Aside from the location on the lake at Bellagio with the fountains just outside the floor to ceiling windows - they have Impeccable quality and service. A true culinary experience from the food down to the Versace plates!

Jasmine is not a hot spot of the Las Vegas Restaurant scene but I'm glad it isn't (being selfish) I want it to be all mine! Tied for my number one favorite restaurant in Vegas for amazing views, service, and food that is without a doubt amazing. I wish I was there just writing this review... The restaurant is located inside the Bellagio Casino and overlooks the famous Bellagio fountains. They offer a wonderful wine list and the menu is authentic Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine. Nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine... Don't you dare think Chinese take out which several of my friends have stereotyped the place. Only to be proven wrong every time I introduce them to my favorite place in Vegas. This is a truly MUST try restaurant - you won't be disappointed!
