Living in Las Vegas, one get's to taste all of our great cullinary spots. I rarely will write a review for a 'local' place, that's for you tourists. That being said though, I believe Spiedini is one of the best kept secrets in LV. We've probably eaten here over 20 times now and the food, service and ambiance is always consistantly great. Yes, it is off the beaten path, tougher for tourists, but for locals, it's great. Plus, popping over to the JW Marriott is kind of like a 'mini' vacation for a local, without the crowds and general chaos that one has to endure at a location on the strip. If you're staying in the NW part of town, it's worth the cab ride and if you're a local, you really should try it....!
