We had a great dinner with 10 of us so we were able to taste many items, just a bit expensive. Tried many of the delicacies and specialties of the house.

Ate here with a large party. The chef took care of us and created a perfectly choreographed meal. The flavors were outstanding. It is a bit off the Strip at the Hard Rock Hotel so you need to take a cab if you are staying on the Strip, but it is well worth it. Would definitely go back.

Nobu's food is a delight for the palate. The yellowtail with the jalapeno pepper and cilantro is the best way to start your meal. The lobster tacos were good but paled in comparison. The peppers and the eggplant are wonderful veggie choices. The phyllo scallops were heavenly. Great, strong cocktails. Efficient service. You will drop a lot of money at this restaurant and the acoustics aren't great as the place is loud. The decor is interesting to look at--bamboo and cool constructions on the ceiling. But go here for the food. I'm so glad we did.

If you have an unlimited budget or a small group, ask them to put together a full offering of cold and warm dishes and keep them coming. They do a great job of preparation and explanation as they deliver each variety of sushi. Be prepared to drop some cash though. Not for the faint of heart!

This was my first time at Nobu, and I loved it. Since then I went to Nobu in Bahamas, South Africa and Hawaii. I highly recommend.
