This restaurant is a 5 star quality food place to eat. The service was just a good if not better! If you want something different, this is the place and if your a vegan like me, they will make everything vegan, just for you!

Nobu is always great. I like the Nobu in New York better but for sushi in Vegas I would not go anywhere else!

Ironically, the first time i tried Nobu was in Dubai. It was a great experience.

This time in Vegas, the experience was very good as well, however i was surprised they did not have a tasting menu like the one we had in Dubai.

Anyhow, the dishes were original and the sushi was very good Service, average.

Highly recommended.

I have been here several times for business dinners and once on personal time. It runs $100 per head minimum for a group. Service is incredible...4 or 5 waiters hover about you- not letting you pour your own water. The best thing to do is to have the waiters select the meal and bring you courses. I have done this at least 3 times. They always start with this amazing yellow tail tuna sashimi with jalapeño slice....yummy. The courses just keeps rolling from raw to cooked, crunchy rice sticks, tenderloin, whole fried fish in a curry based sauce- amazing. This place is expensive, but it can convert sushi haters to lovers in ONE visit! Just enter the Hard Rock Casino and walk straight thru the middle to the other side to enter the restaurant. I did hear they may be opening another Nobu in Vegas.
