We eat here every time we go to Las Vegas - be it once a year or threes times in a year - we wouldn't miss it. Every dish is cooked to perfection. A single scallop that is so delicious, you savor every morsel. Fois gras always the very best quality, and served with a different fruit each time - quince and pistachios this time - yum! The ambiance and service are always top notch. How could you not feel pampered eating surrounded with million dollar Picasso paintings and gorgeous arrangements of exotic flowers?

We have been to many Michelin starred restaurants all over the world but I have never had such a delicious pigeon as in Picasso. We went for a 5 course tasting menu and all dishes were truly excellent. Try to get a table next to the window with view on the fountaines and it will be a perfect evening.

We have had the privilege to eat at some very nice places in our life, and must say Picasso stands up to the best. While dining in Vegas, one has so many options for that "once in a lifetime treat".. There are 2-"5 Diamond" eateries at the Bellagio alone. Picasso in our opinion is the better of the two. 1st) the setting. It doesn't get any better. We were seated on the patio overlooking the Bellagio fountain show. 2nd) the service is as good as any we have had anywhere. 3rd) and most important, the food. Hard to describe this tasting menu. It was simply Devine.. The fois gras, the scallops, the duck all great. The lamb was off the charts; tender and full of flavor. My wife had the fish, and it was so good, and so fresh. The desserts were unreal. Even the bread n butter was awesome. We did endulge in the wine pairing, as well as a couple of pre meal cocktails. I'm not sure this tops our meal at latelier at Joel Robuchon, but given the atmosphere, and service maybe it does. As expected, it's a little pricey, but if you're looking for a special meal for a special occasion, then Picasso truly is As Good As It Gets... Bon appetite.

Despite not being a thoroughly positive review I feel it is important to begin by saying that although being far from the best food I have had, each course of the degustation menu was enjoyable and was presented beautifully. The service on the other hand was neither as formal as it should have been nor was it personable or of a high standard in any way.
I enjoy fine dining and having worked in a michelin restaurant for a long time I understand and expect the level of service to be good as it leaves an almost as important impression on the diner as the food itself.

We began our meal by deliberately arriving 25 minutes before our reservation to enjoy an aperitif, understanding our table was likely to not be ready we sat at the bar and ordered drinks. Before the bartender had even begun to make them we were informed the table was ready and firmly escorted to it with no second thought to whether we would like to stay where we were or not. The amuse bouche was delivered to the table before our aperitif's and we were rushed into ordering again before a drink could be enjoyed. Clearly the staff were in a hurry which for guests who choose fine dining restaurants to savour and enjoy an experience was incredibly disappointing and off putting.
During our visit the courses were not described properly, simply named by a waiter who already had his back to you and was halfway back across the dining room by the time he finished. The wine pairings which again I must concede were excellent wines and matched the dishes perfectly, were simply named by a sommelier who was clearly uninterested in talking about wine and who couldn't wait to leave the table. From beginning to end the service became the focal point of the night and detracted from a meal that would otherwise have been lovely and a memorable experience.
I understand that in American dining culture speed and efficiency is valued higher than other places around the world but in my personal opinion a restaurant situated somewhere that will receive plenty of foreign guests, especially one with 2 Michelin stars should make a much greater effort to ensure that guests are happy with the pace of service and should be interacted with in a personable yet professional manner if they seem particularly interested in the food, wine or any other aspect of the dinner. When guests pay the amount that a restaurant of this calibre and reputation requires then it should be ensured that you receive a dining experience and not simply an overpriced meal.

Thank you for choosing Picasso as your dining selection. We are delighted to hear you savored your course from our Degustation menu. It is disheartening to hear your evening wasn’t as you wished. We strive to provide our five diamond service to all of our guest and do apologize in this instance. We have forward your comments to our management team for review. We hope to better serve you in the future.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Las Vegas. We had a wonderful table on the balcony, overlooking the Belagio lake and dancing fountains. Just spectacular. Then, we had a chef's menu with paired wines. The Sommolier came by with each course to discuss the pairing, so we learned something too :) The food was in perfect portions, and totally delicous from start to finish. Lovely presentation and so so tasty - things I'd never order myself, being a picky eater, were fabulous. A must-do!
