We eat here every time we go to Las Vegas - be it once a year or threes times in a year - we wouldn't miss it. Every dish is cooked to perfection. A single scallop that is so delicious, you savor every morsel. Fois gras always the very best quality, and served with a different fruit each time - quince and pistachios this time - yum! The ambiance and service are always top notch. How could you not feel pampered eating surrounded with million dollar Picasso paintings and gorgeous arrangements of exotic flowers?
