We picked up a quick breakfast here 2 times during our trip, purely because of it's convenient location. The first visit we got a bagel, fruit salad, small iced vanilla latte, and bottled orange juice-- all of which were of average quality and totaling $25. The second visit we both got the maple sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and a bottle of orange juice-- totaling around $25 again. The breakfast sandwiches were very good, probably the best we have had, but pricey at $9 a piece. If your looking for a quick and easy breakfast it does the trick, but nothing special.

It was too far to walk to the Starbucks from our room in the hotel each morning. The Roasted Bean cafe was convenient to the elevators, pool area, The Spa and conference headquarters, so it was an easy choice for us, and didn't require walking through the casino as most of the other eating places did.
Yes, the prices are higher than you would expect in an offsite cafe, but they seemed consistent with other places in the resort. That said, it was possible to pay a reasonable amount for a quick breakfast by sticking to the excellent small house coffee, name brand yogurt rather than the fancy parfait type, and the simple yet delicious Cinnamon CoffeeCake. One morning we found the EggWhite Burrito a healthy choice and large enough to share.
There were different and equally tempting selections for lunch and supper. Some excellent sandwiches and salads, which were also fine for sharing.
Some of the dessert offerings were outstanding, such as the Tiramisu and Lemon Meringue Pyramid.
Because of the convenience, a long line can form in the mornings unless you arrive before
7:30 or 8 am. If you only want to grab a coffee to start there is a separate drink only line at that hour and you can return when the line is shorter for more food options.

We decided to eat at this location because we were staying at the Mirage and they don't really have a big choice as far as breakfast locations in their casino. The cinnamon streusel muffin that I had was good but not worth the $4 I paid. The fresh squeezed oj is $4.50 talk about inflation. A simple coffee will cost you $3.95 and a milk will cost you $2.75. A simple bagel was $3.25. Don't even think about the breakfast burrito that is over $9.00. But I guess that's what you can charge when you don't really have any competition in one location for people who do not want to have a heavy breakfast like the buffet. So unless your looking to blow a good amount on a small breakfast pass this place up. And make sure you get there early because you will wait in a long line with very little seating available.

I stayed at the mirage and decided to eat breakfeast here. Pastries and coffee are pricy, but I guess you pay for this when traveling to a tourist place. For a small latte--5.00 and that is with no flavoring. Pastry- about 5.00 as well. However, the pastry is good, but not sure worth 5.00.
